Abdelmadjid Tebboune re\u00e7oit le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil Pr\u00e9sidentiel libyen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a re\u00e7u hier  au Palais d\u2019El Mouradia,  le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil pr\u00e9sidentiel libyen Younes Mohamed El-Menfi qui effectue une visite officielle de deux jours en Alg\u00e9rie. A l\u2019issue de l\u2019entretien qu\u2019il a accord\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4te libyen de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, le Pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 constante de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie  \u00e0 accompagner les fr\u00e8res libyens jusqu\u2019au terme du processus \u00e9lectoral,  avant d\u2019indiquer que les discussions entre les deux parties ont permis de se mettre d\u2019accord sur un nombre de d\u00e9cisions pouvant r\u00e9soudre de nombreux probl\u00e8mes pos\u00e9s sur la sc\u00e8ne libyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a assur\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil pr\u00e9sidentiel libyen de l\u2019accompagnement et de la position constante de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie quant \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de privil\u00e9gier la solution politique bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019entente entre tous les fr\u00e8res libyens qui devront faire aboutir le processus politique qui sera couronn\u00e9 par des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles pr\u00e9vues pour le mois de d\u00e9cembre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abdelmadjid Tebboune a assur\u00e9 que \u00ab l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie reste \u00e0 la disposition de la Libye \u00bb etpr\u00eate \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 faire aboutir le processus \u00e9lectoral qui demeure \u00ab la seule solution aux probl\u00e8mes des Libyens \u00bb.   L’Alg\u00e9rie \u00ab est \u00e0 la disposition de la Libye \u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique lequel a soulign\u00e9 : \u00ab Nous n’avons aucune ambition ni vision hormis celle que les libyens ont pour leur pays \u00bb.Et d’assurer que l’Alg\u00e9rie \u00ab attendra la d\u00e9cision que prendront les fr\u00e8res libyens concernant la situation dans leur pays \u00bbx.Le Pr\u00e9sident Tebboune a rappel\u00e9, par la m\u00eame occasion, la position initiale de l’Alg\u00e9rie vis-\u00e0-vis de la situation dans ce pays voisin, affirmant que cette position est \u00ab accept\u00e9e actuellement au niveau international \u00bb.Elle stipule, poursuit le chef de l’Etat, que la \u00ab\u00a0solution d\u00e9finitive \u00e0 la crise en Libye est la tenue d’\u00e9lections conf\u00e9rant davantage de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 au Conseil national et au Pr\u00e9sident\u00a0\u00bb.Il a pr\u00e9conis\u00e9, dans ce sens, l’organisation d’une \u00ab\u00a0double \u00e9lection parlementaire et pr\u00e9sidentielle en m\u00eame temps\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9affirmant la disposition de l’Alg\u00e9rie \u00e0 aider les Libyens \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 faire entendre la voix de leur pays\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour sa part, Mohamed Younes Menfi a tenu \u00e0 remercier l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie pour ses efforts allant dans la promotion de la r\u00e9solution politique des probl\u00e8mes que traverse son pays et a affirm\u00e9 que la position de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie est rassurante pour les libyens. Il est utile \u00e0 rappeler que la constance de la position de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie sur la question libyenne privil\u00e9giant la solution politique, l\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections, le respect de l\u2019embargo sur les armes et le d\u00e9part des mercenaires et des forces \u00e9trang\u00e8ress\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui impos\u00e9e sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. L\u2019Alg\u00e9rie s\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs toujours dite pr\u00eate \u00e0 accueillir le dialogue inter libyen et \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le de m\u00e9diation afin de parvenir \u00e0 des solutions consensuelles et d\u00e9finitives, d\u2019autant qu\u2019elle se tient \u00e0 \u00e9quidistance des diff\u00e9rentes parties et ne fait valoir aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat hormis ceux du peuple libyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il faut noter que cette visite intervient au moment o\u00f9 les r\u00e9unions se multiplient dans le cadre du forum de dialogue libyen sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de l\u2019Onu, dans le but de parvenir \u00e0 une base constitutionnelle devant encadrer les \u00e9lections du 24 d\u00e9cembre prochain. La derni\u00e8re en date a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte lundi \u00e0 Rome et doit s’\u00e9taler jusqu’\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui pour \u00ab\u00a0examiner toutes les propositions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es jusque-l\u00e0 et d’autres en vue de d\u00e9gager une nouvelle base constitutionnelle consensuelle\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
