Ces derniers sont poursuivis pour des chefs d\u2019inculpation li\u00e9s au lynchage et assassinat du jeune Djamel Bensmail, suivi de la mutilation de son corps dans la localit\u00e9 de Larbaa Nath d&rsquo;Irathen dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou, en plus des accusations li\u00e9es \u00e0 atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat et d&rsquo;agression contre le personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tentatives de semer la terreur parmi les population et appartenance \u00e0 des organisations terroristes. Le jeune Djamel Bensmail a&nbsp; \u00e9t\u00e9 assassin\u00e9 le 11 ao\u00fbt 2021 dans la ville Larbaa Nath Irathen, dans la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou, par un groupe d\u2019individus qui l\u2019ont accus\u00e9 injustement d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine des incendies des for\u00eats ayant frapp\u00e9 la r\u00e9gion. Des actions qui poursuivaient des objectifs de d\u00e9stabilisation et division. Le proc\u00e8s de 102 mis en cause a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert le 19 juillet 2022 avant d\u2019\u00eatre report\u00e9 pour l\u2019actuelle session.
