L\u2019objectif est de renforcer les r\u00e9serves et d\u2019augmenter les capacit\u00e9s de production de p\u00e9trole et de gaz. Ainsi, et en sus de l\u2019intensification de l\u2019exportation des bassins sous-explor\u00e9s du Sud et du Nord, la Sonatrach mise aussi sur le d\u00e9veloppement rapide de l\u2019exploration en offshore. Dans ce sens, le Directeur de la division exploration du groupe p\u00e9tro-gazier national, Badji Rabia, a indiqu\u00e9 hier que la Soantrachpu cette ann\u00e9e faire 11 d\u00e9couvertes de gisements de p\u00e9trole et de gaz \u00e0 travers le pays, neuf d&rsquo;entre elles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propres efforts et deux en partenariatavec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 italienne \u00ab ENI \u00bb. Invit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer sur les ondes de la premi\u00e8re chaine de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne, le m\u00eame responsable a indiqu\u00e9 que la Sonatrach a adopt\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie ambitieuse dans le domaine de l&rsquo;exploration, puisqu&rsquo;elle couvre les op\u00e9rations de prospection et d&rsquo;exploration au niveau de tous les bassins s\u00e9dimentaires diss\u00e9min\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le pays, et devrait \u00e9galement inclure tous les bassins marins dans la fa\u00e7ade occidentale du bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Le Directeur du D\u00e9partement Exploration de Sonatrach s&rsquo;est dit tr\u00e8s optimiste que les op\u00e9rations de prospection et d&rsquo;exploration le long de la c\u00f4te offshore soient couronn\u00e9es de succ\u00e8s, \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de celles annonc\u00e9es par un certain nombre de compagnies p\u00e9troli\u00e8res internationales en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e orientale dans le but de renforcer et renouveler les r\u00e9serves nationales dans les domaines du gaz et du p\u00e9trole. Dans le cadre de cette vision, Badji Rabia a indiqu\u00e9 que Sonatrach alloue un milliard de dollars annuellement aux op\u00e9rations de prospectionet d&rsquo;exploration, et les investissements dans ce domaine devraient atteindre environ quatre milliards de dollars \u00e0 moyen terme, notant que l&rsquo;accent est davantage mis sur les zones proches des gisements actuellement exploit\u00e9spour faciliter Le processus de d\u00e9marrage rapide de la production en s&rsquo;appuyant sur des installations de qualit\u00e9.
