Leurs \u00ab\u00a0pigeons\u00a0\u00bb, les pays vuln\u00e9rables, tous africains et asiatiques, impact\u00e9s par la pollution que g\u00e9n\u00e8rent les USA, la Chine et d\u2019autres pays europ\u00e9ens doivent payer la facture&#8230; Pour ce faire, les pays plus riches leur pr\u00eateront de l\u2019argent qu\u2019ils doivent rembourser. Elle n\u2019est pas belle la solidarit\u00e9 de la Conf\u00e9rence des parties\u00a0! La justice des pays riches se r\u00e9sume \u00e0 peine ainsi \u00ab\u00a0Je produis et pollue, tu ramasses. Je salis, tu t\u2019endettes et tu paies.\u00a0\u00bb Les pays du G20, responsables de 80 % des \u00e9missions mondiales, refusent de payer et ce sont les pays les plus pauvres qui banquent \u00e0 leur place. Des 100 milliards de dollars promis par les pays pollueurs, les pays africains particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9s n\u2019ont eu en 2020 que quelque 83 milliards de dollars pour faire face au changement climatique. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et selon un rapport d\u2019Oxfam, \u00ab\u00a070 % des financements publics vers\u00e9s seraient en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des pr\u00eats, davantage destin\u00e9s aux pays \u00e0 revenus moyens qu\u2019aux plus pauvres.\u00a0\u00bb Ah si toute l\u2019Afrique et une partie de l\u2019Asie pouvaient s\u2019appeler Ukraine\u00a0!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je vois d\u00e9j\u00e0 les USA et l\u2019Europe se frotter les mains.
