Le Parlement arabe s’est f\u00e9licit\u00e9 de la formation d’un comit\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel arabe \u00e0 composition non limit\u00e9e, dirig\u00e9 par l’Alg\u00e9rie, pour soutenir les efforts palestiniens visant \u00e0 obtenir la reconnaissance internationale de l’\u00c9tat de Palestine et \u00e0 devenir membre \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re des Nations Unies. C\u2019est au cours de la s\u00e9ance de cl\u00f4ture de la troisi\u00e8me l\u00e9gislature du Parlement arabe, samedi soir, que l\u2019instance l\u00e9gislative panarabe a approuv\u00e9 un projet de r\u00e9solution du Comit\u00e9 Palestine (un projet de r\u00e9solution sur l’\u00e9volution de la cause palestinienne et la situation dans les territoires occup\u00e9s), r\u00e9affirmant son soutien \u00e0 l’effort palestinien pour obtenir l’adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re \u00e0 l’Organisation des Nations Unies, et appelant les pays qui ne l’ont pas reconnu \u00e0 le faire, en tant qu’incarnation de la volont\u00e9 internationale pour le droit du peuple palestinien \u00e0 l’autod\u00e9termination conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 de nombreuses r\u00e9solutions onusiennes.Le Parlement arabe a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision du 31e Sommet arabe tenu les 1er<\/sup> et 2 novembre cours \u00e0 Alger \u00ab mettre en place des m\u00e9canismes ex\u00e9cutifs pour la protection d\u2019El Qods \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce contexte, il a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l’effort arabe pour parvenir \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation nationale palestinienne, louant le r\u00f4le de l’Alg\u00e9rie sous la direction du Pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune pour avoir parrain\u00e9 et mis en \u0153uvre la \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9claration d\u2019Alger \u00bb pour la r\u00e9unification palestinienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce contexte, il a appel\u00e9 toutes les factions \u00e0 garder le cap sur l\u2019unit\u00e9 palestinienne avec pour objectif la libert\u00e9 et l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, et non la dispersion et la division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Parlement arabe a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 un soutien \u00e0 la vision palestinienne pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident Mahmoud Abbas, au Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 puis \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, qui repose sur une conf\u00e9rence internationale de paix sous la supervision des Nations unies, et avec une participation internationale effective bas\u00e9e sur la Quatuor international et les pays arabes et sur la base de l’Initiative de paix arabe, consid\u00e9rant que celle-ci \u00ab constitue la position arabe susceptible d’instaurer la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion \u00bb.  Il a exhort\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0fournir les moyens de veiller \u00e0 ce que la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale ach\u00e8ve ses enqu\u00eates sur les crimes de guerre et les crimes brutaux et horribles contre l’humanit\u00e9 commis par l’occupation dans l’ensemble des territoires palestiniens, afin de prot\u00e9ger le peuple palestinien face \u00e0 l’occupation et ses dirigeants extr\u00e9mistes.\u00a0\u00bbLe Parlement arabe a soulign\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d’adh\u00e9rer pleinement \u00e0 la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 internationale et \u00e0 ses r\u00e9solutions, notamment en garantissant le droit du peuple palestinien \u00e0 lutter et en mettant en \u0153uvre les r\u00e9solutions du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 directement li\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
