Les deux pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s mis en cause dans cette affaire de corruption ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s en d\u00e9tention par le magistrat de la chambre d\u2019accusation de la cour de justice de Batna, apprend-on de source juridique.Le directeur de la Conservation fonci\u00e8re de Batna est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir re\u00e7u un pot \u2013de vin, en \u00e9change de la r\u00e9gulation du statut d&rsquo;une propri\u00e9t\u00e9, selon la m\u00eame source. L\u2019avocat quant \u00e0 lui est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 de jouer le r\u00f4le d\u2019interm\u00e9diaire, dans le transfert du pot de vin, a ajout\u00e9 notre source. L\u2019affaire a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une enqu\u00eate de plusieurs semaines, men\u00e9e par les services de la S\u00fbret\u00e9 de wilaya de Batna, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la m\u00eame source.
