Selon les clauses de ladite convention, ce constructeur est tenu \u00ab de produire des v\u00e9hicules avec des carrosseries et ch\u00e2ssis fabriqu\u00e9s et peints localement, selon les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances fix\u00e9es dans le cahier des charges \u00bb. Selon M.
