A\u00efmene Benabderrahmane, un avant-projet de loi fixant les conditions d&rsquo;exercice des activit\u00e9s commerciales, indique un communiqu\u00e9 des services du Premier ministre.Cet avant-projet de loi, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le ministre du Commerce et de la Promotion des exportations, pr\u00e9voit \u00ab\u00a0la refonte totale des dispositions de la loi n 04-08 du 14 ao\u00fbt 2004, en vigueur, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e et compl\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs reprises\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.L&rsquo;avant-projet de loi se base sur une approche globale pour la modernisation du syst\u00e8me du registre du commerce, en vue de sa restructuration en tant qu&rsquo;outil r\u00e9gulateur du tissu \u00e9conomique et pour permettre, ainsi, au Centre national du registre du commerce (CNRC) d&rsquo;\u00eatre le premier responsable de l&rsquo;information \u00e9conomique li\u00e9e aux op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques, selon le communiqu\u00e9.Les r\u00e9formes envisag\u00e9es visent \u00e9galement la transition vers une g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation totale de l&rsquo;utilisation du registre de commerce \u00e9lectronique, lequel constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel dans la simplification et la facilitation de la vie des entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R.E.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Gouvernement a examin\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re lecture, hier lors de sa r\u00e9union pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Premier ministre, M.
