Bien qu\u2019aucune mesure en ce sens n\u2019ait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue dans la Loi de finances 2023 qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre avalis\u00e9e par le Parlement et qui doit entrer en vigueur le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier prochain, une nouvelle r\u00e9vision de l\u2019IRG pourrait \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e dans le cadre des dispositions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 soutenir le pouvoir d\u2019achat des m\u00e9nages en sus de la r\u00e9vision de la grille des salaires de la Fonction publique. C\u2019est du moins ce que laisse entendre la DG des imp\u00f4ts, m\u00eame si une telle mesure doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines conditions afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du budget de l\u2019\u00c9tat, notamment l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019assiette fiscale pour compenser le manque \u00e0 gagner qu\u2019une baisse de l\u2019IRG g\u00e9n\u00e9rerait. Lors de son intervention hier lors de la matinale de la troisi\u00e8me chaine de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne, Amel Abdellatif a indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00abil est possible de r\u00e9viser davantage le bar\u00e8me de l&rsquo;IRG \u00e0 condition qu\u2019on \u00e9largisse la population cibl\u00e9e par la fiscalit\u00e9 et l\u00e0 il faut passer par ce qu\u2019on appelle inclusion fiscale \u00bb. La m\u00eame responsable rappelle ainsi qu\u2019avant de prendre ce genre de mesures,il faut tout revoir pour assurer un \u00e9quilibre en termes&nbsp; de recettes et pour garantir que ce soit les m\u00e9nages aux revenus les plus bas qui en profitent le plus. \u00c9voquant la derni\u00e8re baisse de l\u2019IRG,&nbsp; laDGI indique que cette baisse s\u2019est appliqu\u00e9e en deux temps. \u00abLa premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a permis d\u2019exon\u00e9rer carr\u00e9ment les salaires \u00e9gaux ou inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 30.000 dinars. On a aussi pr\u00e9vu un abattement&nbsp; pour les salaires entre 30.000 et 35.000 dinars. \u00bb Un abattement suppl\u00e9mentaire, doit-on rappeler, pour \u00ab assurer, justement, cette \u00e9quit\u00e9 fiscale et respecter la progressivit\u00e9 de l\u2019imp\u00f4t. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les retrait\u00e9s, rappelle-t-elle, il y a eu \u00e9galement r\u00e9vision de l\u2019abattement lorsque la pension de retraite variait entre 40.000 \u00e0 45.000 dinars. Il en est de m\u00eame pour les revenus per\u00e7us par les personnes aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant les recouvrements fiscaux, la DG des imp\u00f4ts a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le niveau de l\u2019investissement va favoriser la collecte de la fiscalit\u00e9. Avec la diversification de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, nous arriverons, dit-elle, \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 mobiliser beaucoup plus de ressources mais, pour \u00e7a il faut r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur d\u2019autres m\u00e9canismes&nbsp;\u00bb.
