Une d\u00e9marche qui doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e par un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9tat des lieux du secteur et notamment de la gestion des structures de sant\u00e9 publique. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que s\u2019inscrivent les derni\u00e8res instructions du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique lequel a ordonn\u00e9 le lancement d\u2019une inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Dans ce contexte, le directeur des activit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales et param\u00e9dicales au CHU Mustapha Pacha et pr\u00e9sident du Syndicat national des enseignants-chercheurs hospitalo-universitaire adit esp\u00e9rer une op\u00e9ration qui permettra de faire \u00ab&nbsp;un \u00e9tat des lieux r\u00e9el, exhaustif et se dire toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb.Invit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer hier sur les ondes de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne, le Pr. Rachid Belhadj a estim\u00e9 que \u00ab le secteur de la sant\u00e9 est le parent pauvre de la politique sociale de l\u2019Etat alg\u00e9rien \u00bb. Il estime que si la situation n\u2019est pas alarmante, \u00ab beaucoup reste \u00e0 faire \u00bb pour atteindre les objectifs trac\u00e9s par l\u2019Etat. Il \u00e9num\u00e8re ainsi les nombreuses insuffisances et les difficult\u00e9s dans lesquelles v\u00e9g\u00e8te le secteur de la sant\u00e9. Il cite ainsi le personnel de sant\u00e9 insuffisant, associ\u00e9 \u00e0une politique \u00ab&nbsp;salariale injuste&nbsp;\u00bb, une organisation d\u00e9su\u00e8te, des p\u00e9nuries r\u00e9currentes de m\u00e9dicaments entre autres .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout en regrettant la non-application des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9formes envisag\u00e9es dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9, le directeur des activit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales du CHU appelle \u00e0 la relance des \u00ab dossiers cl\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat \u00bb, tels que la num\u00e9risation, la mutualisation, la contractualisation, et l\u2019humanisation des h\u00f4pitaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hocine Fadheli<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration des prestations de sant\u00e9 est au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupation.
