La 36e<\/sup> \u00e9dition de l\u2019Assihar a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte vendredi \u00e0 Tamanrasset. L\u2019occasion pour les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques de prospecter les opportunit\u00e9s de partenariat et les march\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion du Maghreb, du Sahel et de l\u2019Afrique subsaharienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est dans ce contexte que le Forum des hommes d’affaires Alg\u00e9rie-Sahel, a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert hier en marge du Salon. Un forum au cours duquel les voies et moyens de consolider les \u00e9changes \u00e9conomiques et commerciaux ainsi que le cod\u00e9veloppement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement d\u00e9battus. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que le ministre du Commerce et de la Promotion des exportations, Kamel Rezig a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019 Assihar est une opportunit\u00e9 pour accro\u00eetre les \u00e9changes interr\u00e9gionaux, notamment apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation de la Zone de Libre \u00e9change continentale africaine (ZLECAf). Et de rappeler  que Tamanrasset constituera une porte vers l’Afrique.Rappelant que le volume du commerce intra-africain ne d\u00e9passe pas 15 %, soit 2% du commerce mondial, il a appel\u00e9 les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le commerce interr\u00e9gional dans la r\u00e9gion du Sahel suivant la r\u00e8gle gagnant-gagnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que le leForum des hommes d’affaires Alg\u00e9rie-Sahel sera aussi une occasion pour discuter de la dynamisation des \u00e9changes dans les domaines du commerce et du tourisme, a-t-il dit.La pr\u00e9sence des pr\u00e9sidents des chambres de commerce de ces pays permettra de mettre en place la premi\u00e8re plateforme d’\u00e9change interr\u00e9gional en vue de jeter des passerelles entre les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques de ces pays, ajoute le ministre.M.Rezig a salu\u00e9 le r\u00f4le important des chambres de commerce et des conseils des chefs d’entreprises dans le rapprochement des points de vue et l’accompagnement des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs \u00e9changes.Le pr\u00e9sident de la Chambre alg\u00e9rienne de commerce et d’industrie (CACI), Kamel Hamani a, quant \u00e0 lui, fait savoir que le Forum Alg\u00e9rie- Sahel contribuerait \u00e0 l’impulsion d’une dynamique aux \u00e9changes commerciaux interr\u00e9gionaux, mettant l’accent sur l’importance d’\u00e9laborer un arsenal juridique et l\u00e9gislatif solide pour organiser ces \u00e9changes et atteindre ainsi les objectifs escompt\u00e9s.A cette occasion, un m\u00e9morandum d’entente a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 entre la CACI et la Chambre de commerce du Tchad portant la cr\u00e9ation d’un conseil d’affaires alg\u00e9ro-tchadien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour sa part, le ministre du Commerce et de l’Industrie du Mali, Mohamed Ould Mouloud a soulign\u00e9 que le Mali et l’Alg\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0entretiennent des relations historiques\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cisant que l’int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique dans la r\u00e9gion exige d’\u00e9tablir des \u00e9changes commerciaux.Dans ce sens, il a mis en exergue la relation commerciale entre l’Alg\u00e9rie et le Mali qui, a-t-il dit, doit \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e \u00e0 travers la mise en place d’un cadre de coop\u00e9ration cr\u00e9ateur de richesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re du Commerce nig\u00e9rien, Abdou Ibrahim s’est f\u00e9licit\u00e9, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, de cette initiative qui constitue, selon lui, un volet essentiel dans l’appui des \u00e9changes intra-africains \u00e0 m\u00eame de cr\u00e9er un march\u00e9 africain.L’ambassadeur de la R\u00e9publique islamique de Mauritanie, Weddady Ould Sidi Haiba a, pour sa part, mis en exergue l’importance de la route reliant Tindouf (Alg\u00e9rie) \u00e0 Zouerate (Mauritanie) et ses grandes perspectives en vue d’\u00e9tablir les opportunit\u00e9s de partenariat entre ces deux pays  mais aussi entre l’Alg\u00e9rie et les diff\u00e9rents Etats africains.Le diplomate mauritanien a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 que cet axe constituerait un catalyseur du commerce interr\u00e9gional et encouragerait les hommes d’affaires alg\u00e9riens et mauritaniens \u00e0 mettre en place davantage de m\u00e9canismes d’\u00e9change et de coordination afin d’atteindre le niveau des \u00e9changes commerciaux escompt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
