Aujourd\u2019hui, la donne semble avoir chang\u00e9es avec la crise financi\u00e8re qui secoue cette APC. Car, les versements des salaires du mois de novembre des 3.000 travailleurs de la mairie d\u2019Annaba,sont menac\u00e9s et risquent de ne pas \u00eatre per\u00e7us en ce mois de d\u00e9cembre. Ainsi,pour les assurer, il faudrait attendre le budget suppl\u00e9mentaire pour se mettre au diapason et respecter les dates butoirs des virements, nous confient certainsresponsables charg\u00e9s des finances. Nossources ont fait savoir qu\u2019habituellement, le P\/APC doit pr\u00e9voir les 7 mois de salaires \u00e0 venir des travailleurs en s\u2019assurant que ces derniers doivent \u00eatre vers\u00e9s au moment opportun. Or,pour cette fois, la situations\u2019av\u00e8re impossible, vu les augmentations des salaires. Ainsi, la somme pr\u00e9vue pour le versement des \u00e9moluments des 7 mois \u00e0 venir ne serviront cependant qu\u2019\u00e0 assurer 3 mois seulement et il faudrait trouver des solutions palliatives, sachant que l\u2019op\u00e9ration de revalorisation du patrimoine communal, men\u00e9e par le P\/APC, n\u2019a pas eu l\u2019effet escompt\u00e9. Les responsables municipaux doivent \u00e9galement pr\u00e9voir les salaires des travailleurs contractuels et exer\u00e7ants dans le cadre du dispositif d\u2019insertion professionnelle (DAIP), dont la titularisationest imminente et exig\u00e9e par les hautes instances de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat. Ces derniers, qui touchaient des salaires adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs postes de travail seront revus \u00e0 la hausse, alors qu\u2019ils ne d\u00e9passaient pas les 8.000 DA, ils doivent \u00eatre ainsi align\u00e9s au Salaire national minimum garanti (SNMG), c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire au-del\u00e0 de 20.000 dinars, avec les primes d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et autres y aff\u00e9rents. En outre, la situation financi\u00e8re de la commune se compliquera davantage puisque le nombre des travailleurs exer\u00e7ant \u00e0 la commune d\u2019Annaba, recrut\u00e9s dans le cadre du DAIP, contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, filet social et pr\u00e9 emploi dont le nombre est de 900 employ\u00e9s, devront voir leur situation professionnelle r\u00e9gularis\u00e9e.
