L\u2019unique intervention de cette journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par un ma\u00eetre conf\u00e9rencier venu de Constantine, a trait\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des th\u00e8mes en rapport avec la fiscalit\u00e9. Selon le m\u00eame&nbsp; l\u2019intervenant, la nouvelle loi des finances&nbsp; va permettre de favoriser l\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re et fiscale par bancarisation de l\u2019argent qui circule dans le circuit informel, ainsi que d\u2019\u00e9viter le blanchiment de l\u2019argent et de d\u00e9duire les charges pour mettre en exergue la fluidit\u00e9 des flux financiers pour mieux appr\u00e9hender l\u2019assiette fiscale.Ont pris part \u00e0 cette rencontre organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Majestic d\u2019Annaba, les commissaires aux comptes et comptables agr\u00e9\u00e9s.&nbsp; Ont \u00e9galement assist\u00e9 \u00e0 cette journ\u00e9e riche en d\u00e9bat, tous les adh\u00e9rents, affili\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Organisation nationale alg\u00e9rienne des comptables et les professionnels de ce secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s ainsi que des fonctionnaires du secteur des finances.
