El Ouafi a cit\u00e9, dans ce sens, les sanctions stipul\u00e9es par l\u2019article 396 du code p\u00e9nal alg\u00e9rien allant de 10 \u00e0 20 ans de prison ferme \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre de tout auteur d&rsquo;un incendie volontaire en milieu forestier, ainsi que les peines s\u00e9v\u00e8res pr\u00e9vues dans l&rsquo;article 399 stipulant la peine capitale contre toute personne jug\u00e9e coupable d&rsquo;incendie volontaire de for\u00eats ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 la mort d&rsquo;une ou plusieurs personnes.Le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Cour de Saida a soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de lutter, dans le cadre de la loi, contre les crimes et d\u00e9lits contre le patrimoine forestier qui constitue une&nbsp; ressource naturelle et \u00e9conomique pour le pays,
