{"id":36467,"date":"2023-02-19T22:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-19T21:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=36467"},"modified":"2023-02-19T20:31:19","modified_gmt":"2023-02-19T19:31:19","slug":"auxiliaires-de-justice-les-huissiers-appellent-a-plus-de-prerogatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/02\/19\/auxiliaires-de-justice-les-huissiers-appellent-a-plus-de-prerogatives\/","title":{"rendered":"Auxiliaires de Justice\u00a0: Les huissiers appellent \u00e0 plus de pr\u00e9rogatives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les huissiers de justice affili\u00e9s \u00e0 la chambre r\u00e9gionale de l\u2019Est alg\u00e9rien ont d\u00e9battu les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exercice de leur profession et aux missions d\u00e9volues qui sont devenues p\u00e9nibles et difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas moins de&nbsp; 1.200 huissiers de justice, venus de toutes les wilayas de la r\u00e9gion&nbsp; l\u2019Est du pays, ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e&nbsp; g\u00e9n\u00e9rale organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Sheraton d\u2019Annaba.&nbsp; Plusieurs huissiers de justice pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 cette AG se sont dit,&nbsp; confront\u00e9s le plus souvent \u00e0 des contraintes, lors de l\u2019exercice de leurs fonctions, \u00e0 savoir de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de d\u00e9cisions de justice et ont souvent recours \u00e0 la force publique pour mener \u00e0 bien leurs t\u00e2ches. En dehors de la lecture du bilan financier et moral du dernier exercice en date, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au vote pour approbation, l\u2019assembl\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 une occasion pour soulever toutes les difficult\u00e9s impr\u00e9gnant la profession.&nbsp; A l\u2019issue de quoi plusieurs r\u00e9solutions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019exercice de la profession ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es par, les auxiliaires de justice venus des wilayas de l\u2019Est du pays, dont entre autres, El-Tarf, T\u00e9bessa, Oum El Bouaghi, Khenchela, S\u00e9tif, Constantine, Batna, Guelma, Souk-Ahras et Annaba. Intervenant pour la circonstance, le repr\u00e9sentant de la chambre des huissiers de justice de la wilaya d\u2019Annabaa estim\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9sence en grand nombre des huissiers de justice refl\u00e8te l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que portent ces derniers, pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions d\u2019exercice de leur profession. Ce qui est selon l\u2019intervenant une r\u00e9ussite et une satisfaction en soi m\u00eame. Puisque a&nbsp; soutenu l\u2019intervenant, les professionnels de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des d\u00e9cisions et des jugements de justicesont venus exposer leurs probl\u00e8mes professionnels et surtout d\u00e9battre des sujets ayant trait \u00e0 la profession, celle d\u2019appliquer la proc\u00e9dure et d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter les d\u00e9cisions de justice. Certains huissiers exigent un plus large pouvoir afin de mener \u00e0 bien leur mission de prestation de service sans aucune pression et, par voie de cons\u00e9quence, travailler dans de bonnes conditions.
