Un chiffre en diminution par rapport \u00e0 2019 (431,0513 Mrds de DA), n\u00e9anmoins la Cour des comptes rel\u00e8ve que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019administration fiscale ne proc\u00e8de pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019impact de ces avantages fiscaux sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie, notamment en mati\u00e8re de contribution dans l\u2019accroissement de la valeur ajout\u00e9e et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Les d\u00e9penses fiscales sont des \u00abavantages fiscaux accord\u00e9s par l&rsquo;Etat en vue d&rsquo;encourager les activit\u00e9s des r\u00e9gions, des entreprises ou des cat\u00e9gories sociales, en renon\u00e7ant volontairement \u00e0 une partie de ses revenus fiscaux. Les avantages accord\u00e9s visent \u00e0 encourager une cat\u00e9gorie de contribuables, un type de produit ou de service, une activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, sociale, culturelle ou r\u00e9gion g\u00e9ographique\u00a0\u00bb, rappelle la Cour dans son rapport. Cette derni\u00e8re indique que les exon\u00e9rations fiscales accord\u00e9es se r\u00e9partissent entre la DGE (77,572 Mrds de DA), les directions des imp\u00f4ts de wilaya (33,474 Mrds de DA) et l&rsquo;administration des douanes, avec 264,706 Mrds de DA. Ces derni\u00e8res exon\u00e9rations concernent \u00ab\u00a0la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;accord d&rsquo;association entre l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie et l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne (135,66 Mrds de DA), les avantages accord\u00e9s dans le cadre de l&rsquo;Agence Nationale de D\u00e9veloppement des Investissements (80,306 Mrds de DA), les avantages li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019encouragement du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique (25,056 Mrds de DA) et la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;accord de la grande r\u00e9gion arabe de libre- \u00e9change (23,453 Mrds de DA)\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E.
