Selon les pr\u00e9cisions fournies par notre source, la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par la tutelle, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la crise interne&nbsp; qui secoue l\u2019OPGI depuis plusieurs semaines. La d\u00e9cision du limogeage du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de cinq de ses collaborateurs se rapporte, nous dit-on, \u00e0 la mauvaise gestion du dossier relatif \u00e0 l\u2019attribution des logements sociaux d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par le wali de Constantine. Ainsi, \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de rapports parvenus \u00e0 la tutelle sur la gestion de ce dossier pr\u00e9cis, la d\u00e9cision est tomb\u00e9e, dimanche&nbsp; en mettant fin aux fonctions du d\u00e9sormais ex-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OPGI et entre autres, du chef de d\u00e9partement du parc immobilier et du chef de d\u00e9partement de la comptabilit\u00e9 et des finances. Selon les m\u00eames sources, une vaste op\u00e9ration d\u2019attribution de logements est programm\u00e9e dans les prochains jours mais, elle semble \u00eatre entrav\u00e9e par une mauvaise gestion qui a co\u00fbt\u00e9 au directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral son poste \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019OPGI. Car, souligne-t-on, le premier responsable de la wilaya de Constantine a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019attribuer prochainement un important quota de logements.&nbsp; Une op\u00e9ration impliquant plusieurs parties dont, les da\u00efras, la DLEP, les APC et, bien entendu, l\u2019OPGI, qui g\u00e8re le parc immobilier de la wilaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S<\/strong><strong>.
