{"id":38206,"date":"2023-03-21T22:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-21T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=38206"},"modified":"2023-03-21T17:49:59","modified_gmt":"2023-03-21T16:49:59","slug":"annaba-les-chalets-del-bouni-et-sidi-amar-en-voie-de-regularisation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/03\/21\/annaba-les-chalets-del-bouni-et-sidi-amar-en-voie-de-regularisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Annaba\u00a0: Les chalets d\u2019El Bouni et Sidi Amar en voie de r\u00e9gularisation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La r\u00e9gularisation de la situation des chalets d\u2019El-Bouni et de Sidi-Amar va permettre \u00e0 leurs habitants d\u2019engager les travaux n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019amiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 cet effet, les services des communes d\u2019El Bouni et de Sidi Amar ont mobilis\u00e9 deux commissions pour le recensement des chalets amiant\u00e9s aux fins de la r\u00e9gularisation de leur situation administrative \u00e0 travers la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019actes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Les deux commissions sont compos\u00e9es des repr\u00e9sentants des deux APC, des repr\u00e9sentants des da\u00efras d\u2019El Hadjar et El Bouni, de l\u2019OPGI et de la direction du domaine national. L\u2019op\u00e9ration se poursuivra tout au long des mois de mars et d\u2019avril si n\u00e9cessaire et ce, de mani\u00e8re quotidienne afin de clore d\u00e9finitivement ce dossier. Sont concern\u00e9s par ce processus de recensement, les quartiers de Bouchareb Ismail, Berka Zargga et Ain Djebara dans la da\u00efra d\u2019El Bouni et la cit\u00e9 de Chaiba \u00e0 Sidi Amar relevant de la circonscription administrative de la da\u00efra d\u2019El Hadjar. Il faut rappeler que cela fait plusieurs ann\u00e9es que les habitants de ces constructions amiant\u00e9es sis les quartiers cit\u00e9s ci-dessus, demandent la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation de leurs habitations. Les occupants de ces habitations en pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es revendiquent des actes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s devant leur permettre d\u2019op\u00e9rer des travaux pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019amiante. Remontant \u00e0 plus de 40 ans, la dur\u00e9e de vie de ces constructions, largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, constitue aujourd\u2019hui, un r\u00e9el danger pour la sant\u00e9 des occupants de ces chalets, dont plusieurs d&rsquo;entre eux souffrent actuellement de maladies entre autres, respiratoires et canc\u00e9reuses en raison de la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;amiante dans les parois. Selon les statistiques r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es par les services de comp\u00e9tence, 72 unit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la mise sous presse, recens\u00e9es sur un total de 552 que compte le site de Bouchareb Ismail. Quant \u00e0 Chaiba dans la commune de Sidi Amar, 50% des 450 constructions pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9es aux fins d\u2019une \u00e9tude des dossiers. En attendant la cl\u00f4ture d\u00e9finitive de ce dossier, il convient de rappeler que la wilaya d\u2019Annaba comptait des milliers de cit\u00e9s compos\u00e9es de chalets. Ces derniers avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 implant\u00e9s durant les ann\u00e9es 70 et 80, pour loger le personnel d\u2019entreprises et soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9trang\u00e8res, venus dans le cadre de la coop\u00e9ration \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque. On cite dans ce sens, entre autres, la cit\u00e9 Canadienne et Libanaise (Annaba), la cit\u00e9 Russe (El Hadjar) et la cit\u00e9 des enseignants \u00e9trangers \u00e0 Chaiba (Sidi Amar).
