La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature de cette convention est intervenue au cours de ce mois de mars, et a eu lieu au niveau du si\u00e8ge de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la SAA (Bab Ezzouar, Est d&rsquo;Alger), pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.
