{"id":38561,"date":"2023-03-27T22:08:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T21:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=38561"},"modified":"2023-03-27T18:04:12","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T17:04:12","slug":"finance-islamique-594-milliards-de-dinars-de-depots-en-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/03\/27\/finance-islamique-594-milliards-de-dinars-de-depots-en-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance islamique\u00a0: 594 milliards de dinars de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts en 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9 de la finance islamique a nettement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019\u00e9pargne au niveau des banques et r\u00e9pond ainsi aux objectifs fix\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lancement de produits et services bancaires \u00ab&nbsp;Sharia compliants&nbsp;\u00bb suscite l\u2019engouement d\u2019\u00e9pargnants qui refusait jusque-l\u00e0 les circuits bancaires en raison de leurs convictions religieuses. La finance islamique a ainsi contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la mobilisation de l\u2019\u00e9pargne et enregistr\u00e9 quelque 594 milliards de dinars de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts depuis son lancement en 2020. Un constat qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait par le nouveau ministre des Finances, Laaziz Fayed, lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union qu\u2019il a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e dimanche avec les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019ensemble des banques publiques. Le Premier argentier du pays a \u00e9galement relev\u00e9 une augmentation significative des montants de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts au niveau des banques, expliqu\u00e9e, entre autres, par la dynamique de la finance islamique. C\u2019est du moins ce qu\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 hier sur les ondes de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Association des banques et \u00e9tablissements financiers (ABEF) et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la BEA (Banque ext\u00e9rieure d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie), Lazhar Latr\u00e8che. Celui-ci a d\u2019ailleurs pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que ce niveau de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 au 31 d\u00e9cembre dernier, tout en soulignant que la finance islamique repr\u00e9sente d\u00e9sormais un nouveau march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important. En mati\u00e8re de modernisation des services bancaires, notamment par la digitalisation, l\u2019intervenant a soulign\u00e9 une \u00e9volution importante des paiements \u00e9lectroniques au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il rappelle ainsi que le nombre de DAB et GAB (guichet et distributeur automatique de billet) d\u00e9passe actuellement les 3 640, tandis que les 37 500 de TPE (terminal de payement \u00e9lectronique) sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s au niveau des commerces, avec une augmentation de 23% entre 2021 et 2022. Il a \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 que le nombre de cartes de payement a franchi la barre des 13,5 millions de cartes, entre les CIB et les cartes Dahabia d\u2019Alg\u00e9rie Poste. Aussi, ajoute-il, un effort particulier est en train d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau des banques publiques sur le territoire national et qui compte actuellement plus de 1 700 agences.
