{"id":39082,"date":"2023-04-05T22:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T21:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=39082"},"modified":"2023-04-05T20:26:59","modified_gmt":"2023-04-05T19:26:59","slug":"ouverture-du-capital-des-banques-publiques-un-coup-de-starter-pour-la-bourse-dalger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/04\/05\/ouverture-du-capital-des-banques-publiques-un-coup-de-starter-pour-la-bourse-dalger\/","title":{"rendered":"Ouverture du capital des banques publiques\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Un coup de starter\u00a0\u00bb pour la Bourse d\u2019Alger"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion des valeurs mobili\u00e8re, Yazid Benmouhoub a estim\u00e9 hier que la perspective d\u2019une ouverture du capital des banques publiques via la Bourse d\u2019Alger, serait susceptible de donner un coup de starter au march\u00e9 boursier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer sur les ondes de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne, le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Bourse d\u2019Alger a indiqu\u00e9 que si l\u2019ouverture du capital des banques publiques \u00ab&nbsp;se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 travers la Bourse, ce sera un excellent coup de starter pour le march\u00e9 boursier et cela ouvre la voie aux autres \u00e9tablissements financiers publics et priv\u00e9s pour venir se coter \u00e0 la Bourse d\u2019Alger \u00bb.&nbsp; &nbsp;\u00ab La derni\u00e8re introduction en bourse date de 2016 \u00bb, rel\u00e8ve le DG de la Bourse d\u2019Alger. Apr\u00e8s sept ann\u00e9es d\u2019immobilisme, \u00ab en plus de redynamiser la place boursi\u00e8re, il s\u2019agit d\u2019atteindre les objectifs d\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re fix\u00e9s et de capter les liquidit\u00e9s qui circulent en dehors du march\u00e9 pour qu\u2019elles participent de mani\u00e8re effective au financement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie\u00bb, souligne le responsable. Il insiste \u00e9galement sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019accompagner ce processus par \u00ab une digitalisation devenue indispensable dans l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9formes, notamment dans le secteur financier \u00bb. Yazid Benmouhoub rappelle que le Gouvernement a mis en place des mesures incitatives \u00e0 l\u2019introduction en bourse : \u00ab une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui ouvre aujourd\u2019hui son capital en bourse va b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019Imp\u00f4t sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices (IBS) \u00e0 hauteur du taux d\u2019ouverture sur une p\u00e9riode de cinq ans, ce qui est extraordinaire \u00bb. Il rel\u00e8ve \u00e9galement que \u00ab les revenus g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les op\u00e9rations boursi\u00e8res et les dividendes sont totalement exon\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u2019imp\u00f4ts, ce qui est pratiquement unique dans le monde \u00bb. Le responsable appelle, de plus, \u00e0 \u00ab ne pas oublier le march\u00e9 ouvert en 2012, sp\u00e9cialement pour les PME.
