Son \u00e9quivalent am\u00e9ricain, le baril de West Texas Intermediate (WTI), pour livraison en mai, abandonnait 1,99%, \u00e0 79,25 dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 mise de plus en plus sur une nouvelle hausse des taux directeurs pour lutter contre une inflation t\u00eatue, apr\u00e8s des commentaires des pr\u00e9sidents des antennes d&rsquo;Atlanta et de Saint-Louis de la banque centrale am\u00e9ricaine (Fed). De quoi \u00ab\u00a0exacerber les craintes qu&rsquo;un nouveau resserrement de la politique mon\u00e9taire ne conduise \u00e0 une r\u00e9cession qui affecterait la demande\u00a0\u00bb de brut dans le premier pays consommateur de p\u00e9trole au monde, rel\u00e8ve Stephen Brennock, analyste de PVM Energy.
