Abdelmadjid Tebboune portant sur l\u2019ouverture du capital des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier locataire de la Maison du peuple a estim\u00e9 que \u00abcette d\u00e9cision vise \u00e0 relancer et \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale car les capacit\u00e9s du tr\u00e9sor public sont plus ce qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient pour accompagner les entreprises publiques\u00bb, soulignant au passage que \u00abdans certains cas le partenariat est le bienvenu mais il ne faut pas que l\u2019argent apport\u00e9 par le partenaire soit orient\u00e9 vers certaines entreprises et pas vers d\u2019autres\u00bb. Plus explicite, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019UGTA a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019 \u00abil y a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tudier la situation socio-\u00e9conomique de l\u2019entit\u00e9 et voir l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de passer \u00e0 un partenaire ou pas\u00bb, signalant que \u00absi ce partenaire apporterait un plus \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise il sera le bienvenu sinon on ne voudrait pas revivre des situations qu\u2019on a v\u00e9cu par le pass\u00e9\u00bb. Ceci dit, Salim Labatcha a exprim\u00e9 \u00absa confiance dans la d\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Abdelmadjid Tebboune qui vise un objectif sain que nous visons mais il faut qu\u2019on accompagne l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de cette politique\u00bb. Il y a lieu de rappeler que le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a annonc\u00e9 lors du dernier conseil des ministres \u00abl\u2019ouverture du capital des entreprises publiques, y compris les banques, afin de trouver des solutions efficaces et de s&rsquo;\u00e9loigner de la gestion administrative pour d\u00e9velopper le secteur industriel\u00bb. Une op\u00e9ration qui se fera, selon les sp\u00e9cialistes, via le march\u00e9 financier notamment la Bourse d\u2019Alger afin de permettre aux banques de la place \u00abde drainer une partie de la manne financi\u00e8re importante qui circule sur le march\u00e9 informel estim\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 40 milliards de dollars\u00bb. Une question qui constitue toujours \u00abun case t\u00eate chinois aux dirigeants du pays\u00bb surtout en ces temps de crise \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re, aggrav\u00e9e davantage par la pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rance de la crise sanitaire li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie du Covid-19.
