L’ancien pr\u00e9sident du Conseil constitutionnel, Tayeb Belaiz, est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 hier \u00e0 Oran, \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 75 ans. N\u00e9 en 1948 \u00e0 Maghnia (Tlemcen), feu Belaiz a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re au minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, avant de rejoindre le corps judiciaire o\u00f9 il \u00e9voluera pendant plus de 25 ans, occupant plusieurs postes dont celui de pr\u00e9sident des cours d’Oran et de Sidi Bel Abbes ainsi que Conseiller \u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame. En 2002, le d\u00e9funt s’est vu confier le minist\u00e8re de l’Emploi et de la Solidarit\u00e9 nationale, puis le minist\u00e8re de la Justice (2003) et celui de l’Int\u00e9rieur et des Collectivit\u00e9s locales (2013-2015), avant sa nomination ministre d’Etat, conseiller du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique. De f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 avril 2019, feu Belaiz \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sident du Conseil constitutionnel, un poste qu’il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 occup\u00e9 entre 2012 et 2013. Le d\u00e9funt a \u00e9t\u00e9 inhum\u00e9 hier apr\u00e8s la pri\u00e8re d’El Asr, au cimeti\u00e8re d’Ain El Baida (Oran).  Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 hier ses condol\u00e9ances suite au d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l’ancien pr\u00e9sident du Conseil constitutionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
