Si les op\u00e9rations de lutte se poursuivent avec intensit\u00e9, on est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9s \u00e0 une nouvelle \u00e9tape. Celle de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts pour lancer le processus d\u2019indemnisation des sinistr\u00e9s au plus vite. C\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion de tirer les le\u00e7ons de ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 au cours des derniers jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re des le\u00e7ons est que le changement climatique impose de nouveaux d\u00e9fis aux diff\u00e9rents pays et nations qui doivent d\u00e9sormais se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 de plus en plus de catastrophes naturelles. Anticiper et mobiliser des moyens nouveaux pour faire face \u00e0 des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes climatiques plus intenses, \u00e0 l\u2019image des incendies, des inondations et autres ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de ce type est une priorit\u00e9 absolue pour tous les pays et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019en demeure pas moins que les incendies qui ont r\u00e9cemment touch\u00e9 pr\u00e8s d\u2019une vingtaine de wilayas de mani\u00e8re simultan\u00e9e portent la signature de l\u2019acte criminel. Et cela impose de relever un challenge d\u2019une toute autre nature, celui de l\u2019immunisation contre les actions qui visent la d\u00e9stabilisation et la division de la nation. Il est heureux de voir que beaucoup d\u2019Alg\u00e9riens restent imperm\u00e9ables \u00e0 certaines de ces actions et font pr\u00e9valoir l\u2019unit\u00e9 et la solidarit\u00e9 sur la haine et la division. Cependant, il est triste de voir les tentatives de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration politique de quelques acteurs occulter les efforts, la magnanimit\u00e9 et la noblesse de la grande majorit\u00e9 des Alg\u00e9riens. Des acteurs qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent brosser les ultras dans le sens du poil pour en faire un bastion \u00e9lectoral, surfer sur le complotisme, le racisme et la haine, et jouer sur l\u2019\u00e9motion plut\u00f4t que sur la raison pour recruter de nouveaux adeptes. C\u2019est le trait de caract\u00e8re qui refl\u00e8te un manque flagrant de maturit\u00e9 politique.
