S&rsquo;inscrivant dans le cadre de la modernisation du secteur, le processus du paiement par carte \u00e9lectronique, dite magn\u00e9tique a, \u00e9galement pour objectif d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le paiement des produits agricoles. Une mani\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des services offerts aux agriculteurs. Ainsi, dans le cadre de la num\u00e9risation du secteur, la coop\u00e9rative des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et l\u00e9gumes secs (CCLS) de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba a introduit l\u2019usage de l\u2019E-paiement, \u00e0 travers des cartes client \u00e9lectroniques, pour faciliter et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les transactions. Sont concern\u00e9s par cette initiative novatrice les agriculteurs de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba et d\u2019El-Tarf. Selon l\u2019annonce faite par les services de la CCLS, tous les professionnels de l\u2019agriculture de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba ont d\u00e9sormais acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces cartes client \u00e9lectroniques, alors que ceux ne poss\u00e9dant pas encore leurs cartes sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se rapprocher du service commercial de la coop\u00e9rative afin de l\u2019obtenir. D\u00e9sormais les professionnels de l\u2019agriculture n\u2019ont qu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leur carte client \u00e9lectronique lors du paiement pour effectuer leurs transactions de mani\u00e8re plus efficace. Un mode moderne devant, \u00e9galement, faciliter la gestion des donn\u00e9es en offrant aux agriculteurs une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 plus pr\u00e9cise de leurs ventes et de leurs paiements de mani\u00e8re plus pratique et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e. Il est \u00e0 souligner que cette initiative intervient dans un contexte de modernisation et de num\u00e9risation qui va crescendo en mati\u00e8re de proc\u00e9dures administratives et commerciales, visant la promotion des services offerts aux agriculteurs. Par ailleurs, il est imp\u00e9ratif de rappeler que les responsables du secteur de l\u2019agriculture dans la wilaya d\u2019Annaba misent sur la num\u00e9risation comme moyen de pr\u00e9cision pour atteindre un niveau ad\u00e9quat lors du troisi\u00e8me recensement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019agriculture pr\u00e9vu en octobre 2023.
