Le lancement du projet de d\u00e9veloppement de la mine de zinc et de plomb d\u2019Oued Amizour dans la wilaya de B\u00e9ja\u00efa a \u00e9t\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9. Le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9nergie et des Mines l\u2019annonce pour le mois de juillet prochain, au lieu de 2026 comme initialement pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le programme de d\u00e9veloppement minier est au c\u0153ur du plan de diversification de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale annonc\u00e9 par les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s du pays. La r\u00e9duction des plans de d\u00e9veloppement des grands projets d\u2019exploitation et de valorisation des ressources mini\u00e8res est aujourd\u2019hui un objectif prioritaire pour l\u2019Ex\u00e9cutif et \u00e0 sa t\u00eate le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Abdelmadjid Tebboune. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que le projet de d\u00e9veloppement des mines de zinc et de plomb de Tala Hamza \u00e0 Oued Amizour dans la wilaya de B\u00e9ja\u00efa a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union du Conseil des ministres. Un projet qui devrait \u00eatre lanc\u00e9 d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 prochain pr\u00e9cise dans ce sens le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9nergie et des Mines. Le d\u00e9partement de Mohamed Arkab a indiqu\u00e9 hier dans un communiqu\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0toutes les conditions\u00a0\u00bb n\u00e9cessaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place pour lancer la r\u00e9alisation du projet d’exploitation de la mine de zinc et de plomb de Tala Hamza \u00e0 en \u00ab\u00a0juillet prochain\u00a0\u00bb. Un lancement qui permettra l\u2019entr\u00e9e effective en exploitation de la mine d\u00e8s la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025, pr\u00e9cise la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et de pr\u00e9ciser que \u00ab\u00a0toutes les proc\u00e9dures administratives li\u00e9es au projet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9es \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des jeunes de la r\u00e9gion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9nergie et des Mines explique aussi que les travaux sont en cours pour mettre en place les structures logistiques n\u00e9cessaires au lancement du projet que ce soit en mati\u00e8re de transport, d’approvisionnement en eau, en sus de l’am\u00e9nagement d\u2019un quai d\u00e9di\u00e9 au port de B\u00e9ja\u00efa. Le D\u00e9partement de Mohamed Arkab a \u00e9galement tenu \u00e0 rassurer quant \u00e0 l\u2019empreinte environnementale du projet. Il a ainsi r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 que le d\u00e9marrage de l’exploitation mini\u00e8re se fera \u00ab\u00a0conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 du projet, approuv\u00e9e selon les r\u00e8gles pr\u00e9vues dans les exigences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la protection de l’environnement, en accord avec les exigences environnementales et la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de la mine\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De plus, il sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0sans n\u00e9gliger l’impact positif de l’exploitation de ce projet structur\u00e9 et strat\u00e9gique pour le pays, ainsi que sur le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9gion en particulier, en cr\u00e9ant environ 780 emplois directs et 4000 emplois indirects, et en offrant aux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des universit\u00e9s et des centres de formation professionnelle de la r\u00e9gion des opportunit\u00e9s de formation dans ce domaine et leur int\u00e9gration ult\u00e9rieure dans le projet\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le minist\u00e8re a ajout\u00e9 que la \u00ab\u00a0priorit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb sera accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l’emploi des jeunes de la r\u00e9gion. Il pr\u00e9cisera dans ce contexte que des rencontres et des s\u00e9minaires anim\u00e9s par les cadres du secteur minier et par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mixte alg\u00e9ro-australienne Western Mediterranean Zinc WMZ charg\u00e9e de la r\u00e9alisation et de l’exploitation du projet, sont pr\u00e9vus et devront r\u00e9unir les repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les enseignants universitaires, les chercheurs et les \u00e9conomistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rappelons que lors du dernier Conseil des ministre, le Pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune a soulign\u00e9 \u00ab l\u2019importance \u00e9conomique majeure \u00bb de ce projet minier et a ordonn\u00e9 \u00ab de r\u00e9duire tous les d\u00e9lais li\u00e9s aux chantiers techniques secondaires pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019entr\u00e9e en exploitation de ce projet, d\u2019autant que l\u2019\u00e9tape des r\u00e9gularisations administratives est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que la mine s’\u00e9tend sur une superficie de 234 hectares, avec une r\u00e9serve exploitable estim\u00e9e \u00e0 34 millions de tonnes de minerai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
