D\u00e9cid\u00e9ment, en d\u00e9pit des instructions des pouvoirs publics quant \u00e0 la facilitation du processus d\u2019investissements, les pratiques bureaucratiques semblent avoir la peau dure \u00e0 Annaba. Ainsi, le projet d\u2019un centre de loisir et de repos familial, dont la concr\u00e9tisation aura sans doute une retomb\u00e9e positive, tant sur le plan \u00e9conomique que touristique, subit des blocages. Situ\u00e9 sur la route nationale 44 et dans la zone de r\u00e9tention naturelle de la cit\u00e9 Rym, le projet peine \u00e0 voir le bout du tunnel, en raison de la lenteur bureaucratique. Une situation qui n\u2019a pas laiss\u00e9 indiff\u00e9rent le premier responsable de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba. Djamel Eddine Berrimi s\u2019est rendu, hier, sur le site du projet de ce centre de loisirs et de repos familial \u00ab&nbsp;Broster Chicken&nbsp;\u00bb o\u00f9, il a \u00e9cout\u00e9 l\u2019expos\u00e9 du responsable de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (SARL) \u00ab&nbsp;Broster Chicken&nbsp;\u00bb, qui a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les entraves bureaucratiques persistantes concernant l\u2019octroi des certificats de conformit\u00e9, l\u2019unique obstacle qui emp\u00eache le lancement du projet malgr\u00e9 sa totale r\u00e9ception. Suite \u00e0 quoi, le wali n&rsquo;est pas all\u00e9 avec le dos de la cuill\u00e8re et s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 vivement contre le principal responsable d\u00e9faillant. La r\u00e9action virulente du wali est survenue apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 que tous les directeurs de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif avaient donn\u00e9 leur accord favorable au projet en question. Un projet appel\u00e9 \u00e0 apporter de la richesse et cr\u00e9er surtout 150 postes d\u2019emploi direct. Au-del\u00e0 il doit surtout boost\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9lan du secteur du tourisme \u00e0 Annaba, notamment en cette p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9paration de la saison estivale. Promettant d\u2019apporter toute l\u2019aide n\u00e9cessaire, le wali d\u2019Annaba a invit\u00e9 le propri\u00e9taire concern\u00e9 \u00e0 assister \u00e0 la r\u00e9union de la cellule d\u2019\u00e9coute des investisseurs, afin de r\u00e9soudre d\u00e9finitivement le probl\u00e8me du certificat de conformit\u00e9. Il est \u00e0 noter que ce projet \u00e0 caract\u00e8re touristique est rest\u00e9 en stand-by, plusieurs mois en raison d\u2019un document que l\u2019administration refuse de d\u00e9livrer, sans aucune justification valable. Une fois cette contrainte bureaucratique \u00e9limin\u00e9e, le projet sera mis en service dans un d\u00e9lai de vingt jours, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le wali au propri\u00e9taire de la SARL.
