Le Maroc implique des entreprises sionistes dans le pillage des ressources du Sahara occidental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La normalisation entre le r\u00e9gime marocain et l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste est pouss\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019entendement. En sus d\u2019ouvrir les portes du Maghreb \u00e0 une entit\u00e9 qui repr\u00e9sente une menace r\u00e9elle pour l\u2019ensemble des pays et peuples de la r\u00e9gion, le Makhzen associe l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste au pillage et l\u2019exploitation ill\u00e9gale des richesses du Sahara occidental occup\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9bout\u00e9 par les instances europ\u00e9ennes qui ont confirm\u00e9 l\u2019ill\u00e9galit\u00e9 de l\u2019exploitation des ressources du Sahara occidental occup\u00e9 par le Maroc, le Makhzen sait que ses accords avec ses partenaires internationaux sont caducs. Il se tourne aujourd\u2019hui vers son alli\u00e9 sioniste qui n\u2019a aucune forme de respect pour le droit et n\u2019a aucun scrupule \u00e0 piller les ressources d\u2019un peuple qui vit sous occupation. Ainsi, le royaume du Maroc a sign\u00e9 des accords avec des entit\u00e9s sionistes au lendemain de sa normalisation continue de faire fi du droit international. Selon le site d’information am\u00e9ricain MintPress News (MPN), des entreprises sionistes continuent de s\u2019impliquer dans le pillage des richesses naturelles sahraouies et renforcent leur pr\u00e9sence sur ce territoire occup\u00e9. Les deux parties qui ont conclu de nombreux accords notamment dans le domaine des hydrocarbures persistent \u00e0 violer le droit international. Selon une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e et publi\u00e9e par le site am\u00e9ricain, plusieurs entreprises sionistes travaillent d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec le Maroc dans le territoire sahraoui occup\u00e9. Il s’agit notamment de NewMed Energy, Ratio Petroleum, Selina Group, Halman-Aldubi Technologies et d’une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme qui lance un projet d’aquaculture au Sahara occidental. Et d’apr\u00e8s l’Observatoire international Western Sahara Resource Watch (WSRW), cit\u00e9 par MintPress News, les seules entreprises qui poursuivent l’exploration p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re au Sahara occidental sont sionistes – NewMed Energy et Ratio Petroleum. Dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0  MPN, le membre du conseil d’administration de WSRW, Erik Hagen, avertit sur ces actes ill\u00e9gaux et affirme que \u00ab ce sont des ressources qui seront \u00e9puis\u00e9es et dispara\u00eetront sous l’occupation avant que le conflit ne soit r\u00e9solu, et c’est tr\u00e8s inqui\u00e9tant pour le peuple sahraoui \u00bb. Erik Hagen poursuivra en d\u00e9clarant au site am\u00e9ricain que dans ce contexte \u00ab ce que ces entreprises (sionistes) font maintenant, c’est en quelque sorte le pire du pire \u00bb. L’enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le ainsi une intensification sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent des activit\u00e9s commerciales des entreprises sionistes sur le sol sahraoui, depuis que l’entit\u00e9 sioniste et le r\u00e9gime du Makhzen ont officiellement normalis\u00e9 leurs relations le 22 d\u00e9cembre 2020, apr\u00e8s que l’administration de l’ancien pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Donald Trump a annonc\u00e9 reconna\u00eetre la pr\u00e9tendue \u00ab souverainet\u00e9 \u00bb du Maroc sur le Sahara occidental. Pourtant, souligne le site d’information, \u00ab aujourd’hui, 82 pays reconnaissent le Sahara occidental \u00bb. La m\u00eame source cite, entre autres, la conclusion en septembre 2021, d’un accord entre l’Office national marocain des hydrocarbures et des mines (ONHYM) et Ratio Gibraltar, une filiale de la compagnie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re sioniste Ratio Petroleum, pour rechercher du p\u00e9trole et du gaz au large de Dakhla, une ville occup\u00e9e du Sahara occidental. De plus, en d\u00e9cembre 2022, NewMed Energy -une filiale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sioniste Delek Group- a conclu un accord commercial avec l’ONHYM et Adarco Energy, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Gibraltar, pour l’exploration gazi\u00e8re et p\u00e9troli\u00e8re offshore au large de Boujdour Atlantique, ville sahraouie occup\u00e9e, situ\u00e9e au large des c\u00f4tes du Sahara occidental occup\u00e9 par le Maroc. WSRW tient \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser dans ce contexte que \u00ab Delek Group est soutenu par un certain nombre d’investisseurs europ\u00e9ens et am\u00e9ricains \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le business des drones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S’agissant des relations entre l’entit\u00e9 sioniste et le r\u00e9gime marocain, MintPress News a confirm\u00e9 que \u00ab la collaboration du couple a dur\u00e9 des d\u00e9cennies, bien qu’en secret \u00bb. Il cite comme exemple l’achat par l’arm\u00e9e d’occupation marocaine de drones en provenance de l’entit\u00e9 sioniste en 2014. Ces armes re\u00e7ues finalement en 2020 seraient utilis\u00e9es contre le Front Polisario, selon la m\u00eame source. Et en 2021 et 2022, le Maroc a achet\u00e9 -toujours de l’entit\u00e9 sioniste- des drones, qui seraient utilis\u00e9s pour la surveillance et la collecte de renseignements au Sahara occidental, des drones kamikazes et le syst\u00e8me antia\u00e9rien et intercepteur de missiles Barak MX, a-t-on ajout\u00e9. Donc, conclut l’enqu\u00eate, sous la normalisation, l’alliance militaire du Maroc et de l’entit\u00e9 sioniste \u00ab\u00a0n’est plus seulement un secret. Elle s’intensifie \u00e9galement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce contexte, Riccardo Fabiani, directeur du programme Afrique du Nord \u00e0 l’International Crisis Group (ICG), cit\u00e9 dans l’enqu\u00eate, a soulign\u00e9 qu’avec la normalisation, la coop\u00e9ration entre le r\u00e9gime du Makhzen et l’entit\u00e9 sioniste \u00ab a maintenant atteint un tout nouveau niveau qui est sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
