Le symposium va traiter des modifications de certains articles du Code p\u00e9nal. Prendront part \u00e0 cette rencontre un panel d\u2019enseignants universitaires, d\u2019avocats, de notaires, de juristes et d\u2019autres participants dont la profession est encadr\u00e9e par la loi. Outre le riche programme \u00e9labor\u00e9 par les professionnels de la justice, la rencontre se veut un espace d\u2019\u00e9change et une occasion pour d\u00e9battre de divers th\u00e8mes d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Les travaux de cette journ\u00e9e, chapeaut\u00e9s par un comit\u00e9 compos\u00e9 d\u2019enseignants universitaires et des membres de l\u2019ordre r\u00e9gional des avocats d\u2019Annaba, se penchera principalement sur les nouvelles adaptations contenues dans le Code p\u00e9nal. Il s\u2019agit notamment des questions relatives aux sanctions p\u00e9nales li\u00e9es au trafic de drogues, \u00e0 la traite des \u00eatres humains, au blanchiment d\u2019argent et au financement du terrorisme. L\u2019objectif principal de ce symposium est d\u2019informer les participants sur les accommodations des condamnations aux \u00e9volutions que conna\u00eet la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de d\u00e9battre de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des m\u00e9canismes r\u00e9cemment adopt\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre le narcotrafic. Cette journ\u00e9e vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le r\u00f4le des Nations Unies relatif \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de lutte contre la criminalit\u00e9 transnationale. L\u2019autre objectif vis\u00e9 par cette r\u00e9union est la simplification des proc\u00e9dures judiciaires mises en place, afin de faciliter le travail des acteurs du secteur judiciaire et des agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment dans les affaires li\u00e9es aux affaires p\u00e9nales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S<\/strong><strong>.
