Une r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e hier par le P-DG du groupe des services portuaires Serport propri\u00e9taire du club, Abdelhakim Harkati, avec le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019USMA Sid Ahmed Arab. Une r\u00e9union qui avait pour ordre du jour la restructuration du club en pr\u00e9vision \u00ab&nbsp;des d\u00e9fis qui l\u2019attendent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle locale et continentale&nbsp;\u00bb, indique un communiqu\u00e9 de la direction de l\u2019USMA. Une r\u00e9union qui a valid\u00e9 des changements majeurs dans la gestion du club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la r\u00e9union, le poste de Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SSPA USMA a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9 et un poste de Manager Sportif a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9. En cons\u00e9quence, le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d&rsquo;Administration a nomm\u00e9 le technicien Toufik Koreichi au poste de manager sportif du club. Parall\u00e8lement, l&rsquo;ancien Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Reda Abdouche, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Conseiller du Pr\u00e9sident du CA. Cette r\u00e9union a \u00e9galement permis d\u2019examiner une feuille de route pour la nouvelle saison en veillant \u00e0 fournir toutes les ressources financi\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires au club et \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les dossiers de recrutement et des entra\u00eeneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que le coach des Rouge et Noir Abdelhak Benchikha a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 ses objectifs pour la nouvelle saison sur la Web TV du club. &nbsp;Bencheikha a confirm\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il avait convenu avec la direction de l&rsquo;USMA de continuer \u00e0 travailler avec le club la saison prochaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne les objectifs de la prochaine saison, Bencheikha a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le club viserait \u00e0 remporter le championnat national ou \u00e0 se classer deuxi\u00e8me, afin de participer \u00e0 la Ligue des champions. Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de d\u00e9fendre le titre de la Coupe de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Africaine de Football (CAF), malgr\u00e9 la difficult\u00e9 de la mission, et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe avec de nouveaux joueurs comp\u00e9tents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne le match de la Supercoupe de la CAF pr\u00e9vu en ao\u00fbt, Bencheikha a exprim\u00e9 son respect pour le concurrent de l\u2019USMA, le club \u00e9gyptien Al Ahly qui a remport\u00e9 la Ligue des champions de la CAF.
