J\u2019avais m\u00eame cru croiser quelque \u00ab&nbsp;Roms&nbsp;\u00bb et autres \u00ab&nbsp;gitans&nbsp;\u00bb trainer le long de Didouche, la rue d\u2019Isly et \u00e0 travers les terrasses de caf\u00e9 \u00e0\u2026tendre la main. Ils sont des dizaines de gosses, de grosses, de jeunes filles, de femmes, et des vieux, mais surtout des couples \u00e0 faire la manche. Les couples, ah \u00e7a, c\u2019est le must, c\u2019est m\u00eame la mode&nbsp;! On peut m\u00eame dire que la palme revient aux jeunes hommes accompagn\u00e9s de leurs \u00ab&nbsp;femmes&nbsp;\u00bb. Ces couples avec et sans enfants squattant les rues \u00e0 qu\u00e9mander, c\u2019est la nouvelle tendance en vogue. On se \u00ab&nbsp;marie&nbsp;\u00bb, on prend l\u2019argent que l\u2019\u00c9tat offre sous forme d\u2019allocation de ch\u00f4mage et on squatte la rue en d\u00e9pit de la loi qui interdit la mendicit\u00e9. Il suffit juste de dire la phrase magique \u00ab&nbsp;Ya el moum\u2019nine&nbsp;aawnouna&nbsp;\u00bb et bien exhiber femme et enfants et le tour est jou\u00e9&nbsp;! &nbsp;J\u2019imagine qu\u2019\u00e0 la lecture de ces lignes certains vont penser que je suis un sans c\u0153ur, grand bien leur fasse mais ils doivent se rappeler que l\u2019Etat subvient bien aux besoins de ces gens \u00e0 travers l\u2019allocation de ch\u00f4mage et celle de solidarit\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9server la dignit\u00e9 des citoyens. Car je crois bien qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un probl\u00e8me de dignit\u00e9 et qu\u2019ils refusent surtout de s\u2019aider pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant le gain facile garanti par la mendicit\u00e9 qui s\u2019est mue en profession et attendent que le ciel les aide en jouant sur les sentiments des autres qui sont peut-\u00eatre moins lotis\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a vraiment foule\u2026de mendiants dans les rues d\u2019Alger.
