Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 promulgu\u00e9e samedi par le chef de transition, Assimi Go\u00efta, dans le journal officiel. Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum constitutionnel organis\u00e9 le 18 juin dernier au Mali a recueilli 96,91% de \u00ab\u00a0oui\u00a0\u00bb contre 3,09% de \u00ab\u00a0non\u00a0\u00bb, pour un taux de participation de 38,23%, selon les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9finitifs proclam\u00e9s vendredi \u00e0 Bamako par la Cour constitutionnelle.&nbsp; &nbsp;C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s annulation des requ\u00eates re\u00e7ues et des rectifications mat\u00e9rielles que l&rsquo;instance a proclam\u00e9 ces chiffres d\u00e9finitifs, a soulign\u00e9 son pr\u00e9sident, Amadou Ousmane Tour\u00e9, lors d&rsquo;une audience publique.
