Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie pharmaceutique a annonc\u00e9 hier la r\u00e9ception de lots d\u2019un g\u00e9n\u00e9rique du Sintrom, un anticoagulant utilis\u00e9 dans le traitement de certaines maladies cardiaques, thromboses et embolies. Des quantit\u00e9s qui doivent \u00eatre distribu\u00e9es d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui all\u00e9ger les pressions r\u00e9cemment enregistr\u00e9es ces derniers sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 hier sur sa page Facebook, que le d\u00e9partement d\u2019Ali Aoun a annonc\u00e9 la r\u00e9ception des premiers lots des anti-vitamines K (AVK), comprenant 65.000 bo\u00eetes, affirmant que d\u2019autres quantit\u00e9s, estim\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de 300.000 boites, seront r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9es dans les jours \u00e0 venir. \u00ab Le minist\u00e8re de l’Industrie et de la production pharmaceutique annonce la r\u00e9ception, ce samedi 29 juillet 2023, des premiers lots d\u2019anti-vitamine K ac\u00e9nocoumarol (Novarol, g\u00e9n\u00e9rique Sintrom), comprenant 65.000 bo\u00eetes, en provenance d’Italie via un vol de la compagnie nationale Air Alg\u00e9rie \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le communiqu\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9. A cet effet, le minist\u00e8re a soulign\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019op\u00e9ration de distribution d\u00e9butera demain, dimanche 30 juillet\u00a0\u00bb, sous la supervision de ses services comp\u00e9tents, afin de \u00ab\u00a0s’assurer de leur r\u00e9partition \u00e9quitable et de la disponibilit\u00e9 de ce m\u00e9dicament sur l’ensemble du territoire national\u00a0\u00bb. Par ailleurs, la m\u00eame source a affirm\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019autres quantit\u00e9s, estim\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de 300.000 boites, seront r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9es dans les prochains jours par voie maritime toujours en provenance d’Italie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie pharmaceutique a \u00e9galement assur\u00e9 avoir les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour att\u00e9nuer la p\u00e9nurie sur ce m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 travers, notamment la diversification des sources d\u2019approvisionnement. Il a ainsi expliqu\u00e9 que \u00ab la probl\u00e9matique de disponibilit\u00e9 de l’ac\u00e9nocoumarol (SINTROM, NOVAROL) est due \u00e0 des facteurs exog\u00e8nes, et les services comp\u00e9tents du minist\u00e8re ont pris toutes les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires visant la diversification des sources d’approvisionnement par l\u2019enregistrement d\u2019autres AVK et la domiciliation de fabrication locale de l’ac\u00e9nocoumarol afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les situations monopolistiques et de garantir la disponibilit\u00e9 continue, ainsi qu’une meilleure prise en charge des malades \u00bb. Il faut dire que le march\u00e9 de l\u2019anti-vitamine K fait l\u2019objet d\u2019importantes tensions. Depuis des semaines des m\u00e9decins cardiologues et des pharmaciens d\u2019officine ont mis en garde contre la p\u00e9nurie de Sintrom notamment, qui entre dans le protocole de traitement de certaines affections cardiaques et vasculaires. Une situation qui a d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur d\u2019une r\u00e9cente r\u00e9union pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par l\u2019Observatoire de veille sur le m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 la mi-juillet pour plancher sur les solutions \u00e9ventuelles \u00e0 cette situation d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
