L\u2019exploitation des autorisations accord\u00e9es dans le cadre de la concession, pour la location de chaises et de parasols, ne sont pas conformes aux conditions des exploitations, ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des rapports de la Gendarmerie nationale d\u2019Annaba, apr\u00e8s les rondes men\u00e9es au niveau de la plage Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re, nous dit-on. La d\u00e9cision d\u2019annulation fait suite aux instructions du wali d\u2019Annaba, Djamel Eddine Berrimi qui a pris connaissance du rapport qui a fait \u00e9tat de d\u00e9passements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019occupation des lieux. Selon les pr\u00e9cisions apport\u00e9es \u00e0 ce sujet, les estivants accoutum\u00e9s \u00e0 cette plage tr\u00e8s hupp\u00e9e d\u2019Annaba, sont contraints, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de payer l\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e0 la plage de louer les \u00e9quipements install\u00e9s tout le long de la plage. Celle-ci est tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9e par les vacanciers de plusieurs wilayas du pays et les touristes \u00e9trangers. Une situation d\u00e9nonc\u00e9e par les estivants contraints de mettre leurs \u00e9quipements de plage de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et louer ceux install\u00e9s, \u00e0 raison de 2500 et 3000 DA, pour une table, quatre chaises et un parasol. Un agissement qui met \u00e0 mal les estivants, dont la plupart ont d\u00e9sert\u00e9 les lieux pour se diriger vers des plages priv\u00e9es, telle Bouna Beach. Selon notre source, le m\u00eame constat est relev\u00e9 dans la majorit\u00e9 des plages d\u2019Annaba o\u00f9 les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des autorisations d\u2019exploitation imposent leur diktat. C\u2019est pourquoi, les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la Gendarmerie nationale en l&rsquo;occurrence, multiplient les op\u00e9rations de contr\u00f4les, afin de s\u2019enqu\u00e9rir de la conformit\u00e9 de l\u2019utilisation des autorisations d\u2019exploitation, faut de quoi, une annulation de facto est appliqu\u00e9e et des sanctions seront prises \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des
