J\u2019ai toujours su ce qu\u2019est une villa d’architecte, une villa maison de maitre ou bien une villa individuelle, un pavillon. Je me suis m\u00eame cru un jour pass\u00e9 maitre dans l\u2019art architectural jusqu\u2019au jour ou j\u2019ai appris l\u2019existence de la \u00ab villa commerciale \u00bb. Alors l\u00e0, je suis tomb\u00e9 de mon pi\u00e9destal et d\u00fb reconna\u00eetre ma lacune. Cette \u00ab villa commerciale \u00bb n\u2019existe nulle part et ne figure sur aucun plan d\u2019architecte. Elle n\u2019existe que chez nous. J\u2019entendais aussi comme beaucoup d\u2019Alg\u00e9riens une autre bizarrerie, un slogan \u00ab politique \u00bb souvent r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 durant les folles ann\u00e9es 90. \u00ab Aalayha nahya, wa aalayha namout, mel fouk villa ou mal taht hanout \u00bb ! Et c\u2019est donc \u00e0 partir de cette \u00ab maxime \u00bb que naquit la fameuse \u00ab villa commerciale \u00bb dont l\u2019inventeur a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 mourir\u2026de faim que de rendre public son invention. Un peu comme les tonnes de riz, de lentilles, d\u2019huile en bouteille et de sucre qu\u2019on d\u00e9couvre \u00e0 chaque fois que des types habill\u00e9s en bleu toquent au grand portail de la fameuse \u00ab villa commerciale \u00bb o\u00f9 se concoctent les p\u00e9nuries et se pr\u00e9pare la sp\u00e9culation. Ainsi donc, j\u2019ai pu garnir mon \u00ab savoir \u00bb encyclop\u00e9dique enrichit depuis et concernant la construction de villas et leur type. Merci les op\u00e9rations de saisie, merci Ya loubiya, merci les lentilles, le riz, le sucre et toute la ratatouille et merci surtout \u00e0 ces folles ann\u00e9es du twist o\u00f9 il se chantait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9monitoirement ce lugubre oracle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
