Ce budget cons\u00e9quent puis\u00e9 de la Caisse de solidarit\u00e9 et de garantie des collectivit\u00e9s locales va servir \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de plusieurs projets de d\u00e9veloppement, en rapport direct avec la vie quotidienne des populations des diff\u00e9rentes communes de la wilaya, a expliqu\u00e9 notre source. Cet investissement financier a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 en vue de mettre en \u0153uvre un plan de travail coordonn\u00e9 avec toutes les acteurs concern\u00e9s, dont entre autres le collectif des autorit\u00e9s&nbsp; ex\u00e9cutives et celui des communes ainsi que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. Le but de cette approche est de mettre en place les projets selon les priorit\u00e9s et les besoins exprim\u00e9s par la population locale. Dans cette perspective, plus de 200 projets de d\u00e9veloppement local dans divers secteurs, sont retenus. Ils devraient, une fois r\u00e9alis\u00e9s,&nbsp; r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux besoins des populations, notamment celles des zones \u00e9parses&nbsp; et enclav\u00e9es. Ces projets ont surtout trait \u00e0 l\u2019approvisionnement et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration&nbsp; en eau potable, le renforcement du r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9clairage public et la r\u00e9novation du r\u00e9seau routier. Autre secteur concern\u00e9 par ce programme de d\u00e9veloppement local, celui de la jeunesse et des sports, avec&nbsp; la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019infrastructures, dont des stades de proximit\u00e9 et des espaces de loisirs&nbsp; d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux jeunes. Selon la m\u00eame source,&nbsp; cette dynamique de d\u00e9veloppement&nbsp; va contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des populations.
