{"id":4673,"date":"2021-08-21T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-20T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=4673"},"modified":"2021-08-20T15:48:30","modified_gmt":"2021-08-20T14:48:30","slug":"tribunal-de-sidi-aich-bejaia-seize-haragas-dont-un-elu-fln-condamnes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2021\/08\/21\/tribunal-de-sidi-aich-bejaia-seize-haragas-dont-un-elu-fln-condamnes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tribunal de Sidi Aich (B\u00e9ja\u00efa) : Seize \u00ab haragas \u00bb dont un \u00e9lu FLN condamn\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le juge pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi Aich, dans la wilaya de B\u00e9ja\u00efa, a prononc\u00e9, mercredi dernier,&nbsp; des peines de prisond\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019un groupe de Haragas, ainsi qu\u2019un \u00e9lu FLN au niveau de la commune de Tala Hamza, dans cette affaire li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9migration clandestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019affaire remonte \u00e0 la soir\u00e9e de mardi dernier, lorsque la brigade de Gendarmerie nationale a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arrestation de seize personnes, dont une jeune fille, qui s\u2019appr\u00eataient \u00e0 rejoindre \u00e0 bord de deux embarcations, les c\u00f4tes Espagnoles \u00e0 partir du port de p\u00eache de Beni K\u2019sila, situ\u00e9 sur la c\u00f4te ouest de B\u00e9ja\u00efa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9lu communal de Tala Hamza a \u00e9t\u00e9 lui arr\u00eat\u00e9 avec des jerricans remplis de carburants, qu\u2019il s\u2019appr\u00eatait \u00e0 remettre \u00e0 ce groupe de \u00ab Haragas \u00bb compos\u00e9s essentiellement d\u2019individus habitant \u00e0 Alger et dans la localit\u00e9 de Dellys, dans la wilaya de Boumerd\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e2ge des candidats \u00e0 l\u2019immigration clandestine varie entre 21 et 31 ans et seul l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux est \u00e2g\u00e9 de 55ans.Pris en flagrant d\u00e9lit, ce groupe a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en comparution directe devant le juge pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi Aich, qui a prononc\u00e9 des peines de prison ferme d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 trois ans de prison assorti d\u2019une amende de trente milles dinars chacun alors que deux d\u2019entre ces seize harragasont \u00e9t\u00e9 relax\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019\u00e9lu communal de la localit\u00e9 de Tala Hmaza, condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 une ann\u00e9e de prison ferme et une amende de trente milles dinars, occupait le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident de cette commune situ\u00e9e \u00e0 une dizaine de kilom\u00e8tres de la commune chef-lieu de wilaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons aussi que le port de p\u00eache de Beni K\u2019sila est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la limite de la fronti\u00e8re ouest de B\u00e9ja\u00efa, limitrophe \u00e0 la localit\u00e9 d\u2019Azzfoun dans la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou.Il est apparemment fort probable que ces candidats \u00e0 l\u2019immigration clandestine esp\u00e9raient exploiter l\u2019occasion des feux de for\u00eats qui ravageaient la r\u00e9gion, pour quitter \u00e0 bord de deux embarcations le territoire nationale, croyant que les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9s, affair\u00e9s par les incendies avaient baiss\u00e9 la vigilance en mati\u00e8re de surveillance des ports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boubekeur Amrani<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le juge pr\u00e8s le tribunal de Sidi Aich, dans la wilaya de B\u00e9ja\u00efa, a prononc\u00e9, mercredi dernier,&nbsp; des peines de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":4684,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":"","_wpscppro_dont_share_socialmedia":false,"_wpscppro_custom_social_share_image":0,"_facebook_share_type":"","_twitter_share_type":"","_linkedin_share_type":"","_pinterest_share_type":"","_linkedin_share_type_page":"","_instagram_share_type":"","_medium_share_type":"","_threads_share_type":"","_google_business_share_type":"","_selected_social_profile":[],"_wpsp_enable_custom_social_template":false,"_wpsp_social_scheduling":{"enabled":false,"datetime":null,"platforms":[],"status":"template_only","dateOption":"today","timeOption":"now","customDays":"","customHours":"","customDate":"","customTime":"","schedulingType":"absolute"},"_wpsp_active_default_template":true},"categories":[31],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4673","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regions"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
