Ainsi, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association Al-Amane pour la protection du consommateur, Hac\u00e8ne Menouar, a salu\u00e9 hier lors d\u2019une intervention sur les ondes de la Radio alg\u00e9rienne cette mesure et son impact sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat. Hac\u00e8ne Menouar a d\u2019ailleurs critiqu\u00e9 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019application du taux de TVA \u00e0 19% \u00e0 tous les produits, estimant \u00ab&nbsp;incompr\u00e9hensible que les produits de large consommation soient align\u00e9s sur les produits de luxe, citant comme exemple les voitures, les montres et les bijoux&nbsp;\u00bb. Il a ainsi appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9duire autant que possible le taux de la TVA sur les produits de large consommation tout en compensant sur les produits de luxe ou superflus \u00bb. il pense cependant que la mise en \u0153uvre de cette vieille revendication qdoit se faire sous contr\u00f4le des experts de crainte que cette r\u00e9duction ne profite pas au consommateur et aille b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 l\u2019informel. Il a \u00e9galement estim\u00e9 que l\u2019Ex\u00e9cutif \u00ab&nbsp;est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 faire un travail de fond pour mettre en place un bar\u00e8me de la TVA, selon les produits&nbsp;\u00bb et appelle ainsi \u00e0 se d\u00e9faire du taux de TVA unique pour tous les produits consommables et pourquoi pas l\u2019annuler pour certains produits, tout en trouvant d\u2019autres niches, citant la Chine et l\u2019Europe qui applique une TVA allant de 7% \u00e0 28%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, le pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Association alg\u00e9rienne de protection et d&rsquo;orientation du consommateur et son environnement (APOCE), Mustapha Zebdi, a salu\u00e9 jeudi la d\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune en ce qu&rsquo;elle entra\u00eenera une baisse des prix sur les march\u00e9s et am\u00e9liorera ainsi le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat des citoyens. Estimant que cette mesure \u00ab\u00a0est de nature \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer rapidement le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat des produits de base, compte tenu de la multiplicit\u00e9 de leurs intrants\u00a0\u00bb, M. Zebdi a soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un suivi sur le terrain par les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes pour d\u00e9terminer les prix r\u00e9els de ces produits et emp\u00eacher les interm\u00e9diaires d&rsquo;exploiter les marges.
