{"id":46783,"date":"2023-11-01T20:47:06","date_gmt":"2023-11-01T19:47:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=46783"},"modified":"2023-11-01T20:47:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T19:47:12","slug":"mali-la-minusma-quitte-la-ville-de-kidal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/11\/01\/mali-la-minusma-quitte-la-ville-de-kidal\/","title":{"rendered":"Mali\u00a0: La Minusma quitte la ville de Kidal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Mission Multidimensionnelle Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des Nations unies pour la Stabilisation au Mali (Minusma) a quitt\u00e9&nbsp; mardi &nbsp;la ville de Kidal (nord), suite au d\u00e9part des derniers membres de son personnel par avion et par convoi terrestre, a indiqu\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 de la Minusma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le retrait d\u00e9finitif de Kidal \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu pour le 15 novembre prochain selon le calendrier pr\u00e9\u00e9tabli avec les autorit\u00e9s de la transition. \u00ab Le dernier convoi des Casques bleus a quitt\u00e9 Kidal par la route ce matin pour Gao et a malheureusement fait l\u2019objet de deux attaques \u00e0 l\u2019engin explosif improvis\u00e9 sur son trajet, causant des dommages mat\u00e9riels \u00bb a fait savoir la Mission de l\u2019ONU dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la MINUSMA, \u00ab&nbsp;les conditions de d\u00e9part de toutes ces bases ont \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement difficiles et \u00e9prouvantes pour de nombreuses raisons, toutes compl\u00e8tement ind\u00e9pendantes de la volont\u00e9 de la Mission, y compris la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la situation s\u00e9curitaire et les menaces multiples qui en d\u00e9coulaient pour les Casques bleus.&nbsp;\u00bb &nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;\u00c0 cela se sont ajout\u00e9s des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la conduite d\u2019op\u00e9rations a\u00e9riennes pour extraire le personnel de la Mission&nbsp;\u00bb, ajoute la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9part de Kidal marque ainsi la fermeture de la huiti\u00e8me base de la MINUSMA sur un total de 13, dans le centre et le nord du Mali, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 Bamako, la capitale. &nbsp;Depuis juillet, la Mission a retir\u00e9 du Mali pr\u00e8s de 6.000 membres du personnel civil et en uniforme, dans le cadre de la r\u00e9solution 2690 (2023) du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Mission a soulign\u00e9 \u00eatre \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 parachever son retrait dans les d\u00e9lais prescrits par la r\u00e9solution du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e en juin dernier \u00e0 la demande des autorit\u00e9s maliennes, \u00e0 savoir d&rsquo;ici au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R.I.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Mission Multidimensionnelle Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des Nations unies pour la Stabilisation au Mali (Minusma) a quitt\u00e9&nbsp; mardi &nbsp;la ville de Kidal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":46784,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":"","_wpscppro_dont_share_socialmedia":false,"_wpscppro_custom_social_share_image":0,"_facebook_share_type":"","_twitter_share_type":"","_linkedin_share_type":"","_pinterest_share_type":"","_linkedin_share_type_page":"","_instagram_share_type":"","_medium_share_type":"","_threads_share_type":"","_google_business_share_type":"","_selected_social_profile":[],"_wpsp_enable_custom_social_template":false,"_wpsp_social_scheduling":{"enabled":false,"datetime":null,"platforms":[],"status":"template_only","dateOption":"today","timeOption":"now","customDays":"","customHours":"","customDate":"","customTime":"","schedulingType":"absolute"},"_wpsp_active_default_template":true},"categories":[52,37],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-46783","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une","category-monde"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
