{"id":46965,"date":"2023-11-08T21:21:54","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T20:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=46965"},"modified":"2023-11-08T21:22:02","modified_gmt":"2023-11-08T20:22:02","slug":"lonu-exhorte-a-une-reforme-du-systeme-financier-mondial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/11\/08\/lonu-exhorte-a-une-reforme-du-systeme-financier-mondial\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;ONU exhorte \u00e0 une r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me financier mondial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un nouveau rapport de la Conf\u00e9rence des Nations unies sur le commerce, l&rsquo;investissement et le d\u00e9veloppement (Cnuced) souligne que les multiples crises, de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid \u00e0 la flamb\u00e9e de l&rsquo;inflation, en passant par la baisse des investissements directs \u00e9trangers, ont particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9 les pays les plus pauvres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 46 pays dits les moins avanc\u00e9s, ou PMA, ont subi un fort ralentissement \u00e9conomique au cours des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de la pand\u00e9mie, voyant leur PIB par habitant demeurer en 2023 inf\u00e9rieur de 16% aux objectifs de croissance fix\u00e9s par le programme d&rsquo;action adopt\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ONU en 2022, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la Cnuced. En raison de ce ralentissement \u00e9conomique, 15 millions de personnes ont bascul\u00e9 \u00e0 leur tour dans l&rsquo;extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les PMA sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une crise de la dette consid\u00e9rable, d\u00e9boursant 27 milliards de dollars en 2021 pour assurer le service de cette dette, soit une hausse de 37% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La Cnuced souligne qu&rsquo;ils auraient \u00ab\u00a0besoin d&rsquo;une part importante des ressources de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger\u00a0\u00bb, avertissant que le syst\u00e8me financier international actuel \u00e9tait mal \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour leur venir en aide. \u00ab\u00a0Les disparit\u00e9s dans la structure financi\u00e8re internationale, les promesses non tenues en mati\u00e8re de financement de la lutte contre le changement climatique et les voix souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9es des PMA dans la prise de d\u00e9cision financi\u00e8re soulignent une dissonance syst\u00e9mique\u00a0\u00bb, a encore d\u00e9plor\u00e9 Mme Grynspan.
