Le 11e<\/sup> congr\u00e8s du FLN s\u2019est ouvert hier au Centre international de Conf\u00e9rences \u00ab\u00a0Abdellatif-Rahal\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Alger en pr\u00e9sence de 6.000 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s. Un congr\u00e8s qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert sous le signe de l\u2019unit\u00e9 et ce n\u2019est pas fortuit. Ce congr\u00e8s doit ainsi mettre \u00e0 une situation d\u2019exception au sein du parti qui dure depuis 2019 et aboutir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection des nouveaux membres du comit\u00e9 central au fin de d\u00e9signer le nouveau SG du parti, vu qu\u2019Abou El Fadhl Baadji qui pr\u00e9side aux destin\u00e9es du PFLN depuis l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2020 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de jeter l\u2019\u00e9ponge et de ne pas se pr\u00e9senter en tant que candidat. Ce dernier a donc saisi l\u2019occasion du congr\u00e8s qui durera trois jours pour pr\u00e9senter son bilan avant de tirer sa r\u00e9v\u00e9rence. Baadji qui a rappel\u00e9 sa d\u00e9cision de ne pas pr\u00e9senter sa candidature au Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du parti, pour consacrer \u00ab\u00a0les traditions du parti d’alternance au poste\u00a0\u00bb a affirm\u00e9 que le Congr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0constitue une occasion importante pour discuter des politiques futures du parti et d\u00e9terminer les positions\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9affirmant l’engagement de son parti \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0aller de l’avant pour mener une politique s\u00e9rieuse, en tant que partenaires et acteurs dans la construction de l’Alg\u00e9rie nouvelle\u00a0\u00bb. Il a expliqu\u00e9 que le projet politique du parti \u00ab\u00a0est en phase avec le contexte national, r\u00e9pond aux aspirations du peuple alg\u00e9rien et est engag\u00e9 dans le prolongement arabe et africaine\u00a0\u00bb. Le SG du parti a, \u00e9galement, appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire face \u00e0 toutes les tentatives visant \u00e0 attenter \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du pays et ouvrir \u00ab\u00a0de nouvelles perspectives de dialogue et de consensus, afin de cr\u00e9er un v\u00e9ritable consensus national autour des questions principales qui ont un impact sur l’avenir de la patrie et de sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. A cette occasion, M. Baadji a salu\u00e9 les \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9formes globales men\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, et les r\u00e9alisations accomplies dans le cadre du parach\u00e8vement de l’\u00e9dification de l’Alg\u00e9rie nouvelle\u00a0\u00bb, soulignant les efforts de la diplomatie alg\u00e9rienne dans la d\u00e9fense des causes de lib\u00e9ration de par le monde, en t\u00eate desquelles les questions palestinienne et sahraouie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que la succession de Ba\u00e2dji doit se jouer entre Boudjem\u00e2a Ha\u00efchour, ancien ministre de la Poste et des T\u00e9l\u00e9communication et cadre du parti de longue date, et Abdelkrim Benmebarek, ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9 et membre de l\u2019APW d\u2019Alger. Pour rappel, le dixi\u00e8me congr\u00e8s du FLN a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 en \u00e0 2015 lors duquel les membres de son Comit\u00e9 central ont pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 Amar Saidani en tant que SG. Saidani se retire en 2016, et est remplac\u00e9 par Djamel Ould Abb\u00e8s, lequel quitte en 2018, la direction du parti. Il est remplac\u00e9 par Moad Bouchareb. En avril 2019, Mohamed Djema\u00ef est \u00e9lu par les membres du CC nouveau SG, lequel est arr\u00eat\u00e9 en septembre 2019. Abou El Fadl Baadji est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 en mai 2020 par les membres de son CC pour prendre la t\u00eate du FLN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
