{"id":47039,"date":"2023-11-12T21:10:59","date_gmt":"2023-11-12T20:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/?p=47039"},"modified":"2023-11-12T21:11:02","modified_gmt":"2023-11-12T20:11:02","slug":"annaba-la-penetrante-de-lautoroute-est-ouest-inauguree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lasentinelle.dz\/index.php\/2023\/11\/12\/annaba-la-penetrante-de-lautoroute-est-ouest-inauguree\/","title":{"rendered":"Annaba\u00a0: La p\u00e9n\u00e9trante de l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest inaugur\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une retard de 13 ans, la p\u00e9n\u00e9trante la reliant directement Annaba \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 samedi, par Abdelkader Djellaoui, wali d\u2019Annaba, \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019une importante d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, compos\u00e9e de directeurs de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif local, d\u2019\u00e9lus et de responsables de l\u2019entreprise de r\u00e9alisation, a indiqu\u00e9 la cellule de communication de la wilaya d\u2019Annaba. C\u2019est au niveau d\u2019un \u00e9changeur de la commune d\u2019Ain-Berda, sur la RN\u00b0 21, \u00e0 environ 40 km au Sud de la wilaya, qu\u2019Annaba a \u00e9t\u00e9 connect\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest, via le rond-point N\u00b0 5, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. \u00c0 noter qu\u2019il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de l\u2019unique p\u00e9n\u00e9trante autorouti\u00e8re dont dispose Annaba, contre trois pour chacune des deux wilayas d\u2019El Tarf \u00e0 l\u2019est et Skikda \u00e0 l\u2019ouest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le wali, Abdelkader Djellaoui, a mis l\u2019accent \u00e0 l\u2019occasion sur l\u2019importance de cette p\u00e9n\u00e9trante qui constitue un acquis pour les usagers de l\u2019autoroute Est-ouest, assurant que le r\u00e9seau routier de la partie Sud-ouest de la wilaya se renforcera \u00e0 l\u2019avenir par un projet de doublement de la RN-21 qui reliera la wilaya \u00e0 cette p\u00e9n\u00e9trante autorouti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Soulignons qu\u2019auparavant pour se rendre \u00e0 Annaba, les usagers de la route doivent passer par Skikda. Aujourd\u2019hui, avec la mise en service de cet \u00e9changeur, les automobilistes vont pouvoir acc\u00e9der et quitter la wilaya d\u2019Annaba \u00e0 travers l\u2019autoroute, comme c\u2019est le cas des wilayas limitrophes, El Tarf, Skikda Guelma qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 reli\u00e9es au trac\u00e9 de l\u2019autoroute Est-Ouest. C\u2019est pour dire que la wilaya d\u2019Annaba est la derni\u00e8re \u00e0 s\u2019\u00eatre ouverte directement sur l\u2019autoroute Est-ouest, \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9ception de cette p\u00e9n\u00e9trante autorouti\u00e8re \u00e0 A\u00efn Berda. Les travaux de r\u00e9alisation de cette unique p\u00e9n\u00e9trante autorouti\u00e8re dont dispose Annaba, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s au lendemain de la mise en service du tron\u00e7on autoroutier reliant Constantine \u00e0 Annaba, en passant par Skikda, il y a plus d\u2019une d\u00e9cennie. Il a fallu attendre la nomination de ce nouveau wali qui a exerc\u00e9 une forte pression pour faire avancer plusieurs projets \u00e0 Annaba, dont celui de la p\u00e9n\u00e9trante autorouti\u00e8re.. Le nouveau wali semble avoir donn\u00e9 un coup de pied dans la fourmili\u00e8re et secou\u00e9 l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif local et les responsables pour que les projets en hibernation soient relanc\u00e9s.
