E-mail : kh_chebli@yahoo.fr<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Droit international humanitaire, coutumier et moral criminalise les sanctions collectives et les actes de vengeance \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des civils, et institue leur protection, notamment, celle des enfants, les femmes, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et celles aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Comme il exhorte \u00e0 la protection des biens et des objets civils, interdisant la prescription des crimes ou leur exemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce Droit international humanitaire, solennellement enseign\u00e9 dans les universit\u00e9s occidentales et recommand\u00e9 pour de m\u00eame dans les universit\u00e9s du Tiers-Monde, est ignor\u00e9 pour ceux qui l\u2019ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 et qui aujourd\u2019hui lui tournent le dos. Ghaza la meurtrie le prouve au monde, et que le Droit international humanitaire n\u2019est, au demeurant, qu\u2019un luxe de pseudo-intellectuels, vainqueurs d\u00e9clar\u00e9s de la Deuxi\u00e8me Guerre mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La douleur est encore grande quand il s\u2019agit de constater l\u2019impunit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de la boucherie \u00e0 ciel ouvert \u00e0 Ghaza. Un massacre grandeur natud\u2019une barbarie in\u00e9dite contre le peuple Palestinien, contre sa volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9cider souverainement de son sort, de restituer ses terres et sa nation. Une barbarie d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e qui a pour objectif de priver les Palestiniens de leur droit l\u00e9gitime de choisir le syst\u00e8me social, politique, \u00e9conomique et culturel qui lui convient, et de vivre dignement en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme tous les peuples du monde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9rives sionistes contre les Palestiniens rappellent d\u2019autres d\u00e9rives, celles du colonialisme fran\u00e7ais dont ont longuement p\u00e2ti les Alg\u00e9riens. Qu\u2019elles sont nombreuses les boucheries, pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le g\u00e9nocide, la privation totale de nos terres, devenues propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des colons, en sus de l\u2019\u00e9migration forc\u00e9e vers les terres d\u2019exil de milliers d\u2019Alg\u00e9riens, avec des tentatives r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, mais heureusement mise en \u00e9chec, d\u2019\u00e9puration ethnique des Alg\u00e9riens.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ce sont des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s ancr\u00e9es dans le colonialisme Occidental, v\u00e9rit\u00e9s dont ne peut nier aucunement effacer l\u2019Histoire par le discours trompeur d\u2019outre-mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le colonialisme, qu\u2019elle qu\u2019en soit sa nationalit\u00e9 ou sa couleur, pr\u00e9sente quelques d\u00e9nominateurs communs, dont : l\u2019usage de la politique de la \u2018\u2019terre brul\u00e9e\u2019\u2019, le recours \u00e0 la barbarie, celle du Sionisme aujourd\u2019hui, de la France, hier, et de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord, jadis, \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des peuples natifs du nouveau monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne faut donc pas s\u2019\u00e9tonner de la complicit\u00e9 de l\u2019Occident avec le Sionisme, en connivence \u00e9galement avec la communaut\u00e9 internationale. Ce qui se traduit sur terrain par l\u2019interdiction voulue de recourir aux outils juridiques n\u00e9cessaires pour entamer des poursuites judiciaires contre les criminels sionistes, et octroyer les aides humanitaires aux populations de Ghaza. Encore une fois, nous r\u00e9it\u00e9rons notre question : Quand l&rsquo;imp\u00e9rialisme Occidental reconna\u00eetra-t-il l\u2019existence d\u2019un Droit international
