La d\u00e9charge publique de Oued Smar \u00e0 Alger, appel\u00e9e Tcherno, et ferm\u00e9e depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, laisse place \u00e0 un parc qui devrait bient\u00f4t ouvrir ses portes. La ministre de l’Environnement et des Energies renouvelables, Fazia Dahleb, a affirm\u00e9, hier \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de la 7e \u00e9dition du Salon international de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et de la valorisation des d\u00e9chets \u00ab\u00a0REVADE\u00a0\u00bb au Palais des expositions (Pins Maritimes) que le Parc de Oued Smar r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur le site de l’ancienne d\u00e9charge publique d’Alger, ouvrira \u00ab\u00a0prochainement\u00a0\u00bb ses portes aux familles alg\u00e9riennes.   La ministre a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que cet espace vert sera bient\u00f4t ouvert au public, faisant savoir que l’op\u00e9ration de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de l’ancienne d\u00e9charge d\u2019Oued Smar a co\u00fbt\u00e9 plus de 7 milliards de DA. Selon la ministre, ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en faisant appel \u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences nationales et internationales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des d\u00e9charges publiques et leur transformation en parcs, en attendant, a-t-elle dit, que cette exp\u00e9rience soit  \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d’autres wilayas. La ministre a \u00e9galement saisi l\u2019occasion pour mettre en avant le potentiel de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire et de l\u2019industrie du recyclage des d\u00e9chets en Alg\u00e9rie. Elle a ainsi soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019avec une collecte de 34 millions de tonnes de d\u00e9chets par an, dont 13,5 millions de tonnes de d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers, l’Alg\u00e9rie compte exploiter ces mati\u00e8res pour son \u00e9conomie, dans l’objectif de recycler 30% de d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers et 30% de d\u00e9chets sp\u00e9ciaux d’ici \u00e0 2035. La valeur marchande des d\u00e9chets en Alg\u00e9rie est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 151 milliards de DA en 2021, contre 92 milliards de dinars en 2020. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le ministre du Commerce et de la Promotion des exportations a mis en avant dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 la presse la croissance de la conscience collective quant \u00e0 la question environnementale, car 19.000 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s immatricul\u00e9es au registre de commerce op\u00e8rent dans le domaine du recyclage, de la transformation et de la collecte des d\u00e9chets, en sus de l’existence de plus de 630 exportateurs dans le domaine, notant que les d\u00e9chets repr\u00e9sentent aujourd’hui une \u00ab\u00a0richesse \u00e9conomique\u00a0\u00bb. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le DG de l’Agence nationale des d\u00e9chets (AND), organisatrice de cette manifestation, en collaboration avec la Chambre alg\u00e9rienne du commerce et d’industrie (CACI), M. Karim Ouamane, a annonc\u00e9 le lancement de la version actualis\u00e9e de la plateforme \u00e9lectronique (Bourse des d\u00e9chets) destin\u00e9e \u00e0 rapprocher toutes les activit\u00e9s relatives \u00e0 la valorisation des d\u00e9chets et \u00e0 faciliter la mise en relation entre les collecteurs et les exploiteurs de d\u00e9chets. La 7e \u00e9dition du Salon international qui connait la participation de plus de 70 exposants se d\u00e9roulera jusqu’au 30 novembre en cours. En sus des diff\u00e9rentes entreprises nationales publiques et priv\u00e9es activant dans la gestion des d\u00e9chets, nombre de start-up et de clubs scientifiques prennent part \u00e0 cette manifestation qui verra l’organisation d’une journ\u00e9e d’\u00e9tudes sur l’investissement et l’entrepreneuriat durable, ainsi que des panels sur l’\u00e9conomie verte, entre start-up et porteurs d’id\u00e9es d’une part, et experts et financeurs de projets, d’autre part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
