L&rsquo;agent de saisie percevait son salaire ainsi que toutes les primes, dont celle accord\u00e9e \u00e0 titre de rendement chaque mois. Le pot aux roses a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert quand l\u2019information est parvenue \u00e0 la direction de l\u2019\u00e9ducation qui a aussit\u00f4t d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte contre le directeur de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement et l\u2019ind\u00e9licat agent de saisie. Les deux mis en causes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s la semaine \u00e9coul\u00e9e par devant le juge d\u2019instruction qui les a aussit\u00f4t plac\u00e9s sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire en attendant leur comparution devant la justice.
