Cette mesure intervient en application de l&rsquo;article 15 de la loi de finances rectificative pour 2023, souligne la DGI pr\u00e9cisant que les dettes fiscales concern\u00e9es sont celles dont la date de mise en recouvrement est intervenue avant le 01 janvier 2020.
