R\u00e9duire la facture \u00e0 l\u2019import de 1,1 milliard USD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Groupe pharmaceutique public a adopt\u00e9 un nouveau mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, qui mise sur la r\u00e9alisation de nouvelles unit\u00e9s de production de m\u00e9dicaments et qui permettront \u00e0 terme de r\u00e9duire la facture d\u2019importation de m\u00e9dicaments de mani\u00e8re substantielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le groupe public Sa\u00efdal compte d\u00e9velopper la production d\u2019une vaste gamme de m\u00e9dicaments, de l\u2019insuline aux vaccins en passant par les m\u00e9dicaments v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et produits ophtalmiques. Le groupe public entend m\u00eame se lancer dans la production de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. Un programme qui permettra de r\u00e9duire la facture d\u2019importation des m\u00e9dicaments de 1,1 milliard de dollars d\u2019ici 2026. Ainsi et en marge de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de la pose de la premi\u00e8re pierre d\u2019une nouvelle unit\u00e9 du groupe \u00e0 Mostaganem, le P-DG de Saidal, Wassim Kouidri, a indiqu\u00e9 que le nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique permettra de r\u00e9duire la facture d’importation de m\u00e9dicaments de 1,1 milliard de dollars d’ici 2026.  Dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l\u2019APS, le PDG de Sa\u00efdal a indiqu\u00e9 que le groupe pharmaceutique public s\u2019oriente vers un nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique, qui travaille sur la fabrication des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es dans la production de certains m\u00e9dicaments, ce qui permettra de r\u00e9duire la facture des importations, d\u2019ici 2026, de 1,1 milliard de dollars. \u00ab\u00a0Nous allons commencer dans la wilaya de M\u00e9d\u00e9a avec une unit\u00e9 pour produire la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour les antibiotiques, que le complexe produisait, il y a plus de 16 ans de cela dans la wilaya de Batna, pour produire la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour l\u2019insuline\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, signalant qu’\u00e0 la fin 2024, Sa\u00efdal commencera \u00e0 produire la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re des m\u00e9dicaments anticanc\u00e9reux, notamment les bio-similaires et des m\u00e9dicaments traditionnels pour traiter les tumeurs.Il expliquera par ailleurs que  \u00ab\u00a0selon les \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es par Sa\u00efdal, avec ces unit\u00e9s, la facture des importations qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 2,9 milliards de dollars, sera r\u00e9duite de 1,1 milliard de dollars, au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 1,8 milliard dollars US\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concernant le neuvi\u00e8me site du groupe Sa\u00efdal dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, le m\u00eame responsable a fait savoir que ce projet constitue un compl\u00e9ment des produits de Sa\u00efdal qui font d\u00e9faut actuellement, \u00e0 savoir les m\u00e9dicaments v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et ophtalmologiques, qui entrent \u00e9galement dans le cadre des objectifs du nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique. Il a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0les deux usines de Mostaganem, qui ont une capacit\u00e9 de production de 11 millions de boites commerciales de gouttes et pommades et de 5 millions de boites commerciales de solutions et vaccins v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, permettront, une fois mises en service, de r\u00e9duire la facture des importations, soit 250 millions de dollars\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concernant la production de m\u00e9dicaments v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, il a indiqu\u00e9 que ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la d\u00e9marche adopt\u00e9e par le pays en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire nationale, sachant que plus de 80 % des m\u00e9dicaments qui seront produits par l\u2019usine de Mostaganem sont actuellement import\u00e9s en devises avec une facture qui varie entre 110 et 120 millions de dollars\/an.Outre les deux usines de Mostaganem, dont le co\u00fbt global est de 1,9 milliard DA, avec un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 11 milliards DA, Sa\u00efdal commencera \u00e0 proposer de nouveaux produits pharmaceutiques d\u2019ici 2024, a ajout\u00e9 le m\u00eame responsable.M. Kouidri a, en outre, d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0Sa\u00efdal est actuellement en train de d\u00e9velopper 123 nouveaux produits pharmaceutiques, qui seront introduits sur les march\u00e9s nationaux de mani\u00e8re progressive\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00bbA partir de janvier prochain, nous commencerons le lancement de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments, chaque mois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de 2024, date \u00e0 laquelle le groupe aura plus de 300 produits pharmaceutiques sur le march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9Le groupe Sa\u00efdal, \u00e0 travers ces huit sites de productions, fabrique actuellement 160 m\u00e9dicaments, r\u00e9partis sur 20 classes th\u00e9rapeutiques avec une capacit\u00e9 de production annuelle estim\u00e9e \u00e0 220 millions d\u2019unit\u00e9s de vente, a-t-il soutenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
