Selon les pr\u00e9cisions apport\u00e9es par nos sources, l\u2019ind\u00e9licat responsable aurait demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la victime un pot-de-vin, en contrepartie d\u2019un avis favorable pour son projet. Ce dernier rest\u00e9 tributaire d\u2019un probl\u00e8me de certificat de conformit\u00e9 pour le lancement d\u2019un projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un jardin d\u2019enfants. Et comme expliqu\u00e9 par nos sources, l\u2019avis positif de la direction de l\u2019action sociale \u00e9tait in\u00e9vitable pour la mise en exploitation de la structure en question. Aussit\u00f4t la victime a manifest\u00e9 sa pr\u00e9disposition \u00e0 verser le montant exig\u00e9, mettant de ce fait en confiance, le responsable, nous dit-on. Ce dernier qui ne pouvait pas se douter que la femme allait porter plainte contre lui aupr\u00e8s des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l\u2019accusant d\u2019extorsion. Aussit\u00f4t un guet-apen a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place. Les billets devant constituer le pot-de-vin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 photographi\u00e9s par les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la victime d\u2019est rendue chez le directeur, avec le montant exig\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir les 100.000 dinars, nous dit-on. Au moment de la remise du montant, les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont fait irruption dans le bureau et ont surpris l\u2019ind\u00e9licat responsable en flagrant d\u00e9lit de corruption, ont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 les m\u00eames sources. Ne pouvant pas r\u00e9futer les faits, le mis en cause a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 sur place et conduit au si\u00e8ge des services charg\u00e9s de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.
