Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">populaire communale (APC) de Tidjelabine, Bilal Khedidji, a indiqu\u00e9 hier dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l\u2019APS que \u00ab\u00a0des pr\u00e9paratifs sont en cours en vue de la r\u00e9ouverture du march\u00e9 hebdomadaire de v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;occasion de Tidjelabine, qui a une renomm\u00e9e nationale, au d\u00e9but ou au cours du mois de f\u00e9vrier prochain, au plus tard, suite \u00e0 la location du site au profit d\u2019un particulier apr\u00e8s un avis d\u2019appel d\u2019offres public\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00bbCe march\u00e9 national remontant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 1985, reprendra du service comme auparavant, soit le samedi de chaque semaine\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La commune de Tidjelabine a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la location de huit ha de la superficie globale de ce march\u00e9 estim\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 14 ha, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9. &nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0Le foncier inexploit\u00e9 restant sera lou\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement en vue de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un march\u00e9 hebdomadaire national de b\u00e9tail et d\u2019un autre march\u00e9 national de gros des produits class\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, a- t-il fait savoir.Le m\u00eame responsable a aussi fait part de l\u2019affectation d\u2019une enveloppe de plus de trois millions de DA pour la r\u00e9habilitation de cet espace, d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil de 2000 v\u00e9hicules de tous types, et la garantie des prestations n\u00e9cessit\u00e9es \u00e0 son niveau. Toujours selon le P\/APC de Tidjelabine, ce march\u00e9, qui assurait d\u2019importants revenus pour la commune, a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude pour son r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement et son renforcement avec diff\u00e9rentes prestations, laquelle se trouve toujours aupr\u00e8s des services concern\u00e9s dans l\u2019attente du financement de sa r\u00e9alisation.Parmi les recommandations \u00e9mises par l\u2019\u00e9tude technique en question, une proposition d\u2019\u00e9largir sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil \u00e0 plus de 5000 v\u00e9hicules, outre la r\u00e9partition du site en diff\u00e9rents espaces, pour organiser le parcage des v\u00e9hicules et les services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le march\u00e9 hebdomadaire des v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;occasion de Tedjelabine a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9, en 2021, sur une d\u00e9cision du P\/APC, suite \u00e0 l\u2019infroctuosit\u00e9 des appels d\u2019offres publics pour sa location \u00e0 un operateur priv\u00e9, et partant, l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 pour les services de la commune de mobiliser un nombre suffisant d\u2019employ\u00e9s pour assurer sa gestion et sa s\u00e9curisation, rappelle-t-on. Une fermeture qui a caus\u00e9 un important manque \u00e0 gagner pour la commune.&nbsp; A noter que ce march\u00e9 hebdomadaire est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la cit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Ibn Fouda\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019Ouest de Tidjelabine, sur une surface de 14 ha relevant de la commune.
